Thankyou A'arif Saheb for reproducing the text of these ahadees. This is called QIRTAS AL ABYAZ for which not the sunnis but the shia make most of the noise just to (mua'adhAllah) condemn Hazrat Umar RaziAllaho A'nhu, whose status was that he could be nabi if the nubuwwah was not finalised on Rasoolullah Sallallaho A'laihi Wa Sallam. He is the FAROOQ a title approved by Allah. Ajillah Badri wa Uhadi Sahabah A'laihimurRizwan knew what he was doing in preventing Rasoolullah Sallallaho A'laihi Wa sallam to write some document in His very unstable state, the repercussions would have been a desaster he doubted and consequently prevented and preserved Rasoolullah Sallallaho A'laihi Wa Sallam from his further pain and agony in writing it. The reason was off course very obvious that Rasoolullah Sallallaho A'laihi Wa Sallam had conveyed the DIVINE message and asked sahabah to be the witnesses on it that he did his Ilahi assigned duty to its maximum at the magnificient Sermon in HAJJATUL WIDAA'.
 
Had he been wrong Hazrat Abu Bakar and other ajillah sahabah A'laihimurRidhwaan would have stopped Hazrat Umar RaziAllaho A'nhu as they were convinced of what Umar was doing. So, nobody should show his discord to him to bring this event into discussion again. THINK WHEN SAHABAH NEVER RAISED THIS ISSUE IN THEIR LIFE TIME, WHO ARE WE TO DISCUSS IT AGAIN TO CREATE FITNAHS AS ITS OUTCOME.
 
Allah save us in shouldering an unnecessary responsibility.

                          The Tragedy of Thursday
  
On a Thursday, just three days before the demise of Prophet (PBUH&HF), the
Messenger of Allah asked for pen and paper in order to state his last will
and repeat the declaration/assignment of his successor for his Ummah. Major
Sunni sources including Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim mentioned that  an
opposition group among the companions whose leader was Umar, accused
prophet of talking non sense (May Allah protect us) in order to prevent
this writing. They questioned the rationality of Prophet to discredit the
his will. Below is some of the traditions concerning this tragic episode:
  
It is narrated in Sahih Muslim that:
  
     Ibn Abbas said: "Thursday! And how tragic that Thursday was!" Then Ibn
     Abbas cried severely so that his tears flowed to his cheeks. Then he
     added Prophet said: "Bring me a flat bone or a sheet and an ink so
     that I could write (order to write) a statement that will prevent you
     people to go astray after me." They said: "Verily the messenger of
     Allah is talking no sense."                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

     When the time of the death of the Prophet approached while there were
     some men in the house, and among them was 'Umar Ibn al-Khatttab, the

     near so that Allah's Apostle may write for you a writing after which

     they made much noise and quarreled greatly in front of the Prophet, he
     said to them, "Go away and leave me." Ibn 'Abbas used to say, "It was
     a great disaster that their quarrel and noise prevented Allah's

The above tradition can also be found in Sahih Muslim, Chapter of "Kitabul-
Wasiyyah" in section "Babut-Tarkil-Wasiyyah", 1980 Edition,  Arabic version

As you see in the above traditions, the Prophet (PBUH&HF) was accused of
talking no sense by an opposition group among the companions whose leader
was Umar. In the above tradition, Ibn Abbas mentioned Umar and his company
PREVENTED Prophet from writing his will which could prevent people from
going astray after him. So the conclusion from the above tradition is that
the writing it did NOT take place. In the following tradition, however,
Sa'id Ibn Jubair  alleged that the Prophet said three things but he has
forgotten the third one which was beneficial for Muslims:
  
     Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith: 4.393
     Narrated Said bin Jubair:
  
     I heard Ibn 'Abbas saying, "Thursday! And you know not what Thursday
     is? After that Ibn 'Abbas wept till the stones on the ground were
     soaked with his tears. On that I asked Ibn 'Abbas, "What is (about)
     Thursday?" He said, "When the condition (i.e.  health) of Allah's
     Apostle deteriorated, he said, 'Bring me a bone of scapula, so that I
     may write something for you after which you will never go astray.' The
     people differed in their opinions although it was improper to differ
     in front of a prophet, They said, 'What is wrong with him? Do you
     think he is talking no sense (delirious)? Ask him (to see if he is
     talking no sense). The Prophet replied, 'Leave me, for I am in a
     better state than what you are asking me.'
  
     Then the Prophet ordered them to do three things saying: 'Turn out all
     the pagans from the Arabian Peninsula, show respect to all foreign
     delegates by giving them gifts as I used to do.'   The third order was
     something beneficial which either Ibn 'Abbas did not mention or he
     mentioned but I forgot!
  
Sa'id Ibn Jubair claims that Prophet said three things but he has forgotten
the third one which was beneficial for Muslims. It is interesting to  see
that the narrators who used to memorize thousands of traditions, simply
forgot the last will of Prophet (PBUH&HF). Now if you look at the two
things that the sub-narrator allegedly attributed to the Prophet, i.e.,
  
    1. Expelling pagans from Arabian Peninsula
    2. respecting foreign delegates
  
One can see that these are not the things that if Muslim do, they will
NEVER go astray after Prophet. The matter should be much more important
that would Guarantee the salvation of Muslims, and it  could be no less
important than the subject of leadership. Moreover such claim contradicts
the saying of Ibn Abbas (in the early mentioned traditions) who claimed
that the quarrel of the companions prevented the prophet from stating his
will. Here is the last tradition I would like to mention in this regard.

   Narrated Ibn Abbas:
  
   Thursday! And how tragic that Thursday was! The ailment of Allah's
    Apostle became worse (on Thursday) and he said "Bring me something so
   that I (order) to write for you something after which you will never go
   astray." The people (present there) quarreled in this matter, and it
   was not right to quarrel in front of prophet. They said, "What is wrong
   with him? (Do you think) he is talking no sense (delirious)?"

Also as indicated above (Sahih al-Bukhari Hadiths: 9.468 and 7.573), Umar
said: "The Prophet is seriously ill, and you  have the Quran, so Allah's
Book is sufficient for us." Umar and those who supported him prevented
prophet from writing (ordering to write) that statement, by accusing him of
talking no sense.  As I have mentioned in the discussion about "Quran and
Ahlul-Bayt", prophet clearly indicated that we should follow both Quran AND
Ahlul-Byte in order not to go astray. So Quran alone is not sufficient as
opposed to what Umar said above.
  
There is a bizarre commentary in the footnote of above traditions in Sahih
Muslim (1980 Edition, Arabic version). It says: The above incident  shows
the high virtue of Umar, since he knew that people might not follow what
prophet would write, and as a result, people would go to hell because of
their disobedience of the order of prophet. So Umar prevented Prophet from
writing, in order to save people from going to hell !
  
Also in the footnote of the same section of Sahih Muslim it is mentioned
that Prophet possibly wanted to assign a Caliph on that Thursday, and the
matter might have been the matter of successorship which caused such
dispute.
  
In fact, most of the people who where present there, understood the
intention of prophet, the same as what Umar did. Because prophet had
previously indicated the issue when he said several times that: "I shall
leave for you two precious Symbols: The book of Allah, and my progeny, that
is my family (Itrat & Ahlul-bayt). If you follow them, you will never go
astray after me." (Sahih al-Tirmidhi; a close version is also given in
Sahih Muslim), and also they were present in GHADIR KHUM where prophet
said: "Whoever I am his master, Ali is his master." (see Sahih al-Tirmidhi;
Sunan Ibn Maja; Musnad Ahmad  Ibn Hanbal; al-Mustadrak, by al-Hakim;
Khasa'is, by al-Nisa'i). So when prophet during his illness said that "Let
me write something that you never go astray after me", those people who
were present, including Umar, quickly understood that prophet wants to
repeat what he had already mentioned, but this time in writing.  A few
Quranic verses should also be mentioned here. Allah said in Quran:
  
     "O you who believe! Do not raise your voices above the voice of
     prophet ... lest your deeds become null while you do not perceive."
     (Quran 49:2).
  
Allah also said:
  
     "Nor does he (prophet) speak out of his desire. (What he says) is
     nothing but revelation that is revealed." (Quran 53:3-4).
  
He, Exalted, also said:
  
     "Whatever apostle tells you accept it, and from whatever he forbids
     you, keep back." (Quran 59:7).
  
He, Exalted He  is, also said:
  
     But no by thy Lord! They can have no Faith until they make thee judge
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
     in ALL disputes between them and find in their souls no resistance
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
     against thy decisions but accept them with the fullest conviction.
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
     (Quran  4:65)
  
So when such a prophet, three days before his death, wished to write a
document of his will to save the Muslims from going astray, he was accused
of talking no sense (paranoid)!
  
The reason that prophet did not repeat his request (if it is true) was that
he already was discredited by his companions and was accused of talking no
sense. So even if he would say something, those people would not believe in
him and would say such instruction has been given while he was talking no
sense (paranoid). So Umar made it easy, and by  saying that prophet is
talking nonsense, ended it up.
  
There are few Sunni traditions which allege that prophet was confused to
assign which person as his successor and finally failed to assign any body
as his successor and left it to people to decide. Some even claim that
prophet was willing to assign Abu Bakr, but he left it to people.
  
If Umar have ever heard of such sayings (that prophet was willing to assign
Abu Bakr as his successor), he would never stop prophet from stating his
will, and would never accuse him of talking  no sense. Rather he would let
prophet tell his will and assign Abu Bakr as his successor. We all know,
the main support in "Saqifah Bani Sa'idah" for the secret nomination of Abu
Bakr for Caliphate, was Umar.
  
So if Umar have not heard of such traditions (the tendency of Prophet to
assign Abu Bakr), there is a great possibility that those traditions were
fabricated later.
  
Also it contradicts several authentic Sunni traditions regarding the
assignment of Ali-Ibn-Abi-Talib as prophet's successor. As you know  there
are a huge number of fabricated traditions which was created by several pay-
rolled scholars in support of some rulers, and mainly to justify what
happened.
  
Finally, I would like to bring to your attention the importance and
seriousness of the tragedy:
  
  1- Notice that any person utters his most important wishes when he
     wants to write the statement of his will at the end of his life.
  
  2- Notice the importance of the person who wants to  write the will, who
     is the last Prophet of God, the best mankind ever. No human in the
     world was more enthusiastic than him about his community. The person
     who Allah has ordered us in Quran to follow him unconditionally.
  
  3- Notice that prophet said this statement would be the key element in
     the destiny of Muslims according to the above traditions. They will
     never go astray if they abide it.
  
In such critical moment, people who claimed to  be his sincere companions,
stopped/insulted him. Those companions are responsible for misleading the
Muslims throughout history and the generations to come.

Side Comments
=============
Reading the article, a Sunni brother commented that: How could Umar prevent
the manifestation of a Divine Commandment? If writing the will was the
order of Allah to his Prophet, then how could be possible that Allah fails
to manifest His own wish?
  
This brother has confused two different issues. Umar was able to prevent
the manifestation of divine commandment since he was a human and was gifted
some free will. Yet, Umar or any other human can NEVER prevent what Allah
foreordained (Taqdir) and what Allah wills (Mashiyyah). Please take a note
of this: There is a difference between the commandment of Allah (which
people can disobey) and the will of Allah (which people have no ability to
go against). It was the commandment of Allah to write that statement, yet
the Will of Allah was what happened.

Another brother  mentioned that Prophet Muhammad never wrote a single
commandment or teaching of his during his 23 years of ministry. Then how
could he order people to bring pen and paper to write somthing for them?
  
Yes, the messenger of Allah did not write in public, because he used to
dictate writing. However, this does not mean that he did not know how to
write. It is also true that the Prophet was "Ummi", but this does not
necessarily mean he did not know how to read and write. It rather means
that Prophet did not have any human teacher to teach him how to read and
write since the time  he was born to his mother ("Ummi" derived from "Umm"
meaning mother). His only teacher was Allah. And this is why Quran is a
true miracle from a person who did not have a teacher and he who did not go
to school. I would say, clearing doubt about the Quran as God's revelation
was the only reason that the Messenger of Allah was not ordered attempt to
write in public or claim as such.
  
Reading and writing not only in Arabic but also in all other languages, as
well as the knowledge of language of all other creatures are not a lot to
claim for the master of all messengers when we  see in Quran that Prophet
Sulayman and David knew the language of the animals. Again, all such
knowledge could be released to the Prophet when he really needed, by the
permission of Allah. But to the time it is not necessary, he would act as
if he does not have such knowledge. It is like having access to the
database rather than having all the knowledge within oneself.
  
About the Tragedy of Thursday, however, what the Prophet (PBUH&HF) meant by
"writing" was the common sense of "ordering to write", and people were
aware of it and was not the first time they have heard of  it. Based on the
traditions no body even said at that time that how he wants to write.
Moreover, even we suppose that Prophet wanted to write by himself and
people did not know about his ability to write, they could have given him
the benefit of doubt (!!) to see if he can do such miracle (!?) beside all
the miracles he has had already shown. Were they suspicious to his
miracles?
  
This is the same Prophet that God said about him "laa yantqu anil Hawaa"
(he does not talk of his own desires)? Never mind verses 33:36, 59:7, 4:80,
4:59,  etc., and yet to justify a disobedience by some companions can we
accuse him of rave? Did God know that there would be a time that His
prophet could not stand to the above standard, and still going ahead and
revealing such verses in his honor?

Another brother mentioned that if the Prophet inteneded to appoint Ali as
the Imam, why did he not do so in the presence of the whole people and not
in his house few days before his demise?
  
The Prophet had already declared the appointment Imam Ali as Imam in many
occasions from his  first open preach in Mecca (see al-Tabari English, v6,
pp 88-92; Ibn al-Athir, v2, p62; Ibn Asakir, v1, p85; al-Durr al-Manthoor,
by al-Suyuti, v5, p97) to his last open sermon in Ghadir Khum (see Sahih
Tirmidhi, v2, p298; Sunan Ibn Maja, v1, pp 12,43; Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal;
al-Mustadrak, by al-Hakim; Khasa'is, by al-Nisa'i). Note that it was not
Prophet who appointed him on his own, but it was rather Allah who appointed
him.
  
What the messenger of Allah wanted to do in his last will was to write (or
order to write) what he has already said. But, as quoted earlier,  some
people around him shamelessly reduced him to the level of insanity. What
happened on that thursday is a proof by itself that the Prophet ALREADY
assigned a successor, otherwise, there was no point of disobedience!

Another person mentioned the verse "Today I have perfected your religion
and completed my bounty upon you, and I was satisfied that Islam be your
religion (Quran 5:3)" which was revealed 2 months before the death of the
Prophet shows that there was no new religious command is going to come
thereafter. Otherwise, if that important statement the prophet was  going to
dictate to his followers would have been somthing which was forgotten,
would make the verse untrue.
  
Perhaps the above brother would be surprized to know that many Sunni
commentators of Quran have confirmed that the above verse (5:3) was
revealed in Ghadir Khum AFTER the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever I am
his leader, Ali is his leader. O' God, love those who love him, and be
hostile to those who are hostile to him." (See the ariticled titled "Ghadir
Khum" for extensive references). This means the perfection of the religion
was due announcing the successor of the Prophet (PBUH&HF).
  
In fact what prophet wanted to do on that Thursday (three days before his
death) was just to repeat, to remind, and to emphasize the things that has
been revealed before. He didn't want to add any thing new.
  
No Muslim ever claimed that the position of prophethood has been taken from
Muhammad sometime before his death. We do not have such case about other
prophets either. Even let's suppose he was not prophet any more, or he
wanted to say something new. Do you think you can find any man better  or
more enthusiastic than him about the destiny of his community?! Do you
think his last wish was against the prosperity of his people?! How much
should they have been rude that even they didn't let him talk!!!

Is Hadees se ye sabit nahin hota ke wo koi Musalman aurate hain, ya ye Hadees Muslamano ke talluqe se hai (Mazallah). waise bhi Hindu aur Mushrik mein Butt ka tawaf koi nayee baat nahin hai.

 

Doore ye ke pura ke pura DOS QABILA Musalman ho gaya tha ye kahin se sabit nahin hai, kyon ke Nabi (saw) ke zamane mein bhi Mushrikeen aur Kafreen maujood the aur wo log Islam Qubul nahin kye the, is baat ko Mad e Nazar rakhte huye agar DOS QABILE ke log KALSA name BUTT ki pooja Karen to kaun si badi baat hai, waise bhi Mushrikeen ko Arab se nikal dene ke bawajood Shirk per qayem rahe, jis misal Tareekh mein saikdo ki tadad mein maujood hai. (Is liye ye Hadees Musalmano per chaspa karna badi ajeeb baat hai.)

 

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ اِتنی دیر تک رات اور دن ختم نہیں ہوں گے یہاں تک کہ لات اور عزی کی پرستش کی جائے گی۔

 

اُتنی دیر تک قیامت قائم نہ ہو گی جب تک میری اُمت کے قبائل مشرکین کے ساتھ نہ مل جائیں۔ اور یہاں تک کہ میری اُمت کے قبائل بتوں کی عبادت کریں گے

 

Ye qayamat ke qareeb hoga jab koi bhi Allah ka naam lene wala nahin hoga, yahan tak ke TAUHEED KE DAWE DAAR bhi nahin honge. Ye sub Dajjal aur Mehdi AS ke baad hoga.

 

شرک سے بچو کیونکہ یہ چیونٹی کے چلنے کی آواز سے بھی زیادہ پوشیدہ ہے۔''

Har Nabi yahi paigham lekar aaya, Allah hum sub ko Shirk jaisi Lanat se bachaye (Aameen).

Ghairullah se, Isteghasa, Itemdad, Iste`anat ka shumar IBADAT mein nahin hai, is liye is ko Shirk samajhna kam ilmi hai.

Agar Istemdad aur Isteghsa ka shumar IBADAT mein hai to ye kaisi IBADAT hai ke zinda ki Karen to SHIRK na ho aur Murda ki Karen to SHIRK ho jaye, jab ke SHIRK har hall mein SHIRK hota hai,

 

اُمت مسلمہ کے بعض لوگوں کا شرک میں مبتلا ہوجانا قطعاً بعید نہیں ہے۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے ذاتِ انواط سے تبرک لینے کا صرف مطالبہ کیا تھا

Jaisa ke aap ne kaha ke Ummat E Muslima mein Shirk mein mubtela hosakte hain to aap ne sahi kaha jaisa ke Nabi (saw) ke inteqal ke baad bahot se log Islam se MURTAD ho gaye the aur aaj kal bhi log MURTAD aur KAFIR ban jate hain, jasa ke Qadyani aur Film Star waghaira log,

 

Kisi bhi kaam ka HARAM hona ek alag baat hai aur kisi bhi kaam ka SHIRK hona ek alag baat hai.

 

Braevi ya Tasawwaf se aqidat rakhne walon ko us waqt tak MUSHRIK nahin kaha ja sakta jab tak un ka AQEEDA Shirk wala sabit na ho aur wo kabhi sabit nahin ho sakta. Inshallah.

 

Badi ajeeb baat hai jo Aayet Kafreen aur Mushrikeen ke haqe main nazil huyee hain un ko bhole bhale Musalmanon per chaspan ka dya jata hai, magar jo Aayet Musalmanon ke liye Nazil huyee, jis aayet mein Muslamano ko Khush khabri di gayee hai, jis aayet mein Muslamno ko jannat ki basharat di gayee hai un aayat ko Kafreen aur Mushrakeen per kyon chaspan nahin kya jata ???

 

Doori baton ka jawab dya ja chukka hai.

Ahle Hadees born for telling lie, and  always mixing topics.

 

They are stuck in Shirk and Biddah and getting money from Dawa Center,  Zakat and fitra and Sadqa Money, due to this they will not think correct and they will not accept correct. They are toyes of Shaitaan and they will past all shirk hadeeses and ayath on Muslims.

اُمت مسلمہ میں شرک کے وجود پر دلائل

اُمت مسلمہ میں شرک کے وجود پر کچھ اہم دلائل پیش خدمت ہیں:

1۔ پختہ روایات سے ثابت ہے کہ نبی نے صراحتاً اُمت مسلمہ میں شرک کے وجود کی خبر دی ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں جو روایات ملتی ہیں وہ انتہائی مستند کتب احادیث میں موجود ہیں۔ ذیل میں چند ایک کا تذکرہ ملاحظہ فرمائیے:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّٰہِ قَالَ: لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَۃُ حَتَّی تَضْطَرِبَ أَلَیَاتُ نِِسَائِ دَوْسٍ عَلَی ذِي الخَلَصَۃِ (بخاری: 7116)

''رسول اللہ نے فرمایا: اُس وقت تک قیامت قائم نہیں ہوگی یہاں تک کہ دوس قبیلے کی عورتیں ذی الخلصہ نامی بت (زمانہ جاہلیت میں اِس کی پوجا ہوتی تھی) کا طواف کریں گی۔''

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُوْلَ اللّٰہِ یَقُولُ : لَا یَذْھَبُ اللَّیْلُ وَالنَّھَارُ حَتَّی تُعْبَدَ اَللَّاتُ وَالعُزَّی (مسلم:2907)

''حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ اِتنی دیر تک رات اور دن ختم نہیں ہوں گے یہاں تک کہ لات اور عزی کی پرستش کی جائے گی۔ ''

لَا تَقُوْمُ السَّاعۃُ حتّی تَلْحَقَ قَبَائِلُ مِنْ أُمَّتِی بِالْمُشْرِکِیْنَ، وَحَتَّی تَعْبُدَ قَبَائِلُ مِنْ أُمَّتِیْ الأوْثَانَ(ابوداؤد:4252)

''اُتنی دیر تک قیامت قائم نہ ہو گی جب تک میری اُمت کے قبائل مشرکین کے ساتھ نہ مل جائیں۔ اور یہاں تک کہ میری اُمت کے قبائل بتوں کی عبادت کریں گے۔''

یہ احادیث صحت اور صراحت کے تمام معیارات کے ساتھ واضح کررہی ہیں کہ اُمت مسلمہ کے بعض لوگ لازماً شرک کا ارتکاب کریں گے۔ اب یہ امر اُن حضرات کے لیے فکرمندی اور دامن گرفتگی کا باعث ہونا چاہیے جن کو علماے حق مشرک اور اُن کے اعمال کو شرکیہ قرار دیتے ہیں کہ انہیں اپنے عقائد میں درستی کا عمل جاری کرنا ہے یا شرک کو اپنا کر ان احادیث کا مصداق بنے رہنا ہے!

2۔اگر یہ مان لیا جائے کہ اُمت مسلمہ میں شرک پیدا ہونے کا اندیشہ نہیں ہے یا کوئی کلمہ گو مشرک نہیں ہوسکتا تو کلام نبوت کا وہ بیشتر حصہ بے معنی ہوکر رہ جاتا ہے جس میں شرک اور شرکیہ ذرائع سے بچنے کی تلقین کی گئی ہے اور روے سخن اہل اسلام (اُمت مسلمہ) کی طرف ہے۔ فرامین نبوت میں سے چند نمونے ذیل میں درج کیے جاتے ہیں:

3۔ اِتَّقُوْا ھٰذَا الشِّرْکَ فَاِنَّہٗ اَخْفٰی مِنْ دَبیْبِ النَّمْلِ (مسند احمد:403/4

''شرک سے بچو کیونکہ یہ چیونٹی کے چلنے کی آواز سے بھی زیادہ پوشیدہ ہے۔''

مذکورہ حدیث سن کر صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا: اے اللہ کے رسول ! ہم اس سے کیسے بچ سکتے ہیں؟

تو آپ نے یہ دعا سکھلائی:

اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنَّا نَعُوْذُبِکَ اَنْ نُشْرِکَ بِکَ شَیْئًا نَعْلَمُہٗ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُکَ لِمَا لَانَعْلَمُہٗ

4۔ اَللّٰھُمَّ لَا تَجْعَل قَبْرِی وَثَنًا لَعَنَ اللّٰہُ قَوْمًا اِتَّخَذُوْا قُبُوْرَ اَنْبِیَائِھِمْ مَسَاجِدَ (مسند احمد:246/2

''اے اللہ میری قبر کو بت نہ بنانا (کہ اس کی عبادت کی جائے) اللہ کی لعنت برسے ایسی قوم پر جنہوں نے اپنے انبیا کی قبروں پر مسجدیں بنائیں۔''

5۔نبی کریم نے مرض الموت میں ارشاد فرمایا:

لَعَنَ اللّٰہُ الْیَھُوْدَ وَالنَّصَارَی اتَّخَذُوْا قُبُوْرَ أَنْبِیَائِھِمْ مَّسَاجِدَ لَوْلَا ذٰلِکَ أُبْرِزَ قَبْرُہُ غَیْرَ أَنَّہُ خَشِیَ أَنْ یُتَّخَذَ مَسْجِدًا (بخاری:1390

''اللہ یہود و نصاریٰ پر لعنت فرمائے کہ انہوں نے اپنے نبیوں کی قبروں کو سجدہ گاہ بنا لیا۔ اگلا بیان حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کا ہے: اگر یہ اندیشہ نہ ہوتا تو آپ کی قبر مبارک ظاہر کردی جاتی(یعنی اِسے کھلی جگہ پر بنایا جاتا ) مگر آپ علیہ السلام نے خوف محسوس کیا کہ کہیں اُسے سجدہ گاہ نہ بنا لیا جائے۔''

6۔نبی کریم کا فرمان ہے:

لَا تَجْعَلُوا قَبْرِی عِیْدًا (ابوداؤد:2042)

''میری قبر کو عید (میلے کی جگہ) نہ بنانا۔''

7۔ عَن عَدِی بن حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: اَتَیْتُ النَّبِیَّ وَفِیْ عُنُقِیْ صَلِیْبٌ مِنْ ذَھَبٍ فَقَالَ: یَاعَدِی! اِطْرَح عَنْکَ ھَذا الْوَثَنَ (الترمذی:3095

''عدی بن حاتم سے مروی ہے، فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نبی کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا۔ میرے گلے میں سونے کی صلیب لٹک رہی تھی۔ نبینے فرمایا: اِس بت کو گلے سے اتار پھینکو۔ ''

اِن احادیث کے مطالعے سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ سید المرسلین کے پیش نظر یہ اندیشہ رہا ہے کہ آپ کی اُمت شرک کے تاریک پاتال میں اتر جائے گی۔ اِسی لیے آپقدم بہ قدم اِس سے بچانے کی تدابیر فرماتے رہے اور احکامات جاری کرتے رہے۔

8۔نبی کا فرمان ہے:

لَتَتَّبِعُنَّ سُنَنَ مَنْ قَبْلَکُمْ شِبْرًا بِشِبْرٍ وَّذِرَاعًا بِذِرَاعٍ حَتَّی لَوْ سَلَکُوْا جُحْرَ 

تم ضرور پچھلے لوگوں کی قدم بہ قدم پیروی کرو گے۔ حتیٰ کہ وہ اگر سانڈے کے بل میں داخل ہوئے ہوں 

ضَبٍّ لَسَلَکْتُمُوْہُ، قُلْنَا : یَارَسُوْلَ اللّٰہِ ! اَلْیَھُوْدَ وَالنَّصَارٰی؟ قَالَ النَّبِیْ : فَمَنْ؟ و فی روایۃ: حَذْوَ الْقُذَّۃِ بِالقُذَّۃِ (بخاری:3456)

گے تو تم بھی ضرور اِس میں داخل ہو گے۔ ہم (صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم) نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! پچھلے لوگوں سے آپ کی مراد یہودو نصاریٰ ہیں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: اور کون؟ (یعنی یہود و نصاریٰ ہی مراد ہیں۔''اور ایک روایت میں 'قدم بہ قدم'کے بجائے الفاظ یہ ہیں : ''جس طرح تیر کے دو پر ایک دوسرے کے برابر ہوتے ہیں اِسی طرح تم اہل کتاب کے ہر عقیدہ و عمل میں برابری کرو گے۔''

اس حدیث سے صاف صاف معلوم ہورہا ہے کہ اُمت مسلمہ یہود و نصاریٰ کی کامل روش اختیار کرے گی اور ظاہر ہے کہ یہاں محض علمی، معاشرتی اور تہذیبی تشابہہ ہی مراد نہیں ہے، بلکہ اِس میں عقائد و نظریات کا بگاڑ اور شرک سب کچھ داخل ہے۔ گویا ہر پہلو سے اُن ہی کے عقیدہ و عمل کی جھلک اُمت مسلمہ کے گمراہ عناصر میں دکھائی دے گی۔

چنانچہ نبی نے یہود و نصاریٰ کی طرح اُمت مسلمہ کے شرک میں مبتلا ہوجانے کا خطرہ بھانپتے ہوئے انسدادی حکم جاری فرمایا

لَا تُطْرُوْنِیْ کَمَا أَطْرَتِ النَّصَارَی ابْنَ مَرْیَمَ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا عَبْدُہُ، فَقُوْلُوْا : عَبْدُ اللّٰہِ وَرَسُوْلُہُ (بخاری:3445

''تم مجھے میری حد سے اس طرح نہ بڑھانا جیسے عیسائیوں نے ابن مریم (حضرت عیسیٰ) کو بڑھا دیا، پس میں تو صرف اس کا بندہ ہوں، تو تم مجھے اللہ کا بندہ اور اس کا رسول ہی کہنا۔''

9۔قرآن مجید میں ارشاد ہوا ہے :

وَاِذْ قَالَ اِبْرٰہِیْمُ ط رَبِّ اجْعَلْ ہٰذَا الْبَلَدَ اٰمِنًا وَّاجْنُبْنِیْ وَبَنِیَّ اَنْ نَّعْبُدَ الْاَصْنَامَ (ابراہیم: 35

''یاد کرو وہ وقت جب ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے دعا کی تھی کہ پروردگار! اس شہر (یعنی مکہ) کو امن کا شہر بنا اور مجھے اور میری اولاد کو بت پرستی سے بچا۔''

ابراہیم علیہ السلام بارگاہِ خداوندی میں التجا کررہے ہیں کہ اللہ! مجھے اور میری اولاد کو شرک سے محفوظ فرما۔ سوال یہ ہے کہ اگر ابراہیم علیہ السلام جیسے خدارسیدہ، پاکیزہ نفس اور اولو العزم پیغمبر اپنے اور اپنی اولاد کے متعلق خوفزدہ ہیں اور شرک کے خطرات سے بچنے کی دُعا مانگ رہے ہیں تو ایک عام آدمی یہ دعویٰ کیسے کرسکتا ہے کہ اِسے اپنے متعلق شرک کا کوئی اندیشہ نہیں ہے۔ 

10۔قرآن مجید اور احادیث مبارکہ میں بعض مقامات پر ایمان والوں کی کامیابی اور کامرانی کی شرط اِس امر کو قرار دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ ایمان لانے کے بعد ہر نوع کے شرک سے اپنا دامن بچا کر رکھیں۔ اگر شرک کا احتمال ہی موجود نہیں ہے اور اُمت اس سے ہر حال میں مامون و محفوظ ہے تو اِن آیات اور احادیث میں عائد کی گئی شرط کا معنی اور محل کیا رہ جاتا ہے؟ جبکہ یہ ایک مسلّم حقیقت ہے کہ خدا کا کلام ہرگز مہمل نہیں ہوسکتا۔ اور پیغمبر کی زبان پر وہی کچھ جاری ہوتا ہے جو وحی کے ذریعے القاء کیا جاتا ہے۔ اِس قسم کی چند آیات اور احادیث ذیل میں نقل کی جاتی ہیں:

اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ ہُمْ مِّنْ خَشْیَۃِ رَبِّہِمْ مُّشْفِقُوْنَ - وَالَّذِیْنَ ہُمْ بِاٰیٰتِ رَبِّہِمْ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ - وَالَّذِیْنَ ہُمْ بِرَبِّہِمْ لَا یُشْرِکُوْنَ (المومنون57-59

''حقیقت میں تو جو لوگ اپنے رب کے خوف سے ڈرنے والے ہوتے ہیں، جو اپنے رب کی آیات پر ایمان لاتے ہیں، جو اپنے رب کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں کرتے۔''

 

قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰہِ : لِکُلِّ نَبِیٍّ دَعْوَۃٌ مُسْتَجَابَۃٌ فَتَعَجَّلَ کُلُّ نَبِیٍّ دَعْوَتَہُ، وَإِنِّی اخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِیْ شَفَاعَۃً لِأُمَّتیْ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ ، فَھِیَ نَائِلَۃٌ، إِنْ شَائَ اللّٰہُ، مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِیْ لَا یُشْرِکُ بِاللّٰہِ شَیْئًا (مسلم:199)

''ہر نبی کی ایک دعا قبول کی جاتی ہے، ہر نبی نے اپنی دعا میں جلدی کی اور میں نے اپنی دعا اپنی اُمت کی شفاعت کے لیے قیامت والے دن کے لیے چھپا رکھی ہے اور میری دعا ان شاء اللہ میری اُمت میں سے ہر اُس آدمی کو پہنچے گی جو اس حالت میں فوت ہوا ہو کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھیرا تا تھا۔ ''

لَا یُقْبَلُ اللّٰہُ مِنْ مُشْرِکٍ، أَشْرَکَ بَعْدَ مَا أَسْلَمَ عَمَلًا حَتّٰی یُفَارِقَ الْمُشْرِکِیْنَ اِلٰی الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ (ابن ماجہ:3536)

''اللہ تعالیٰ کسی ایسے مشرک کا کوئی عمل قبول نہیں کرتا جس نے اسلام لانے کے بعد شرک کیا حتیٰ کہ مشرکین کو چھوڑ کر مسلمانوں میں آجائے۔''

11۔نبی کا فرمان ہے:

لَیَکُونَنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِی أَقْوَامٌ یَسْتَحِلُّونَ الْحِرَ وَالْحَرِیرَ وَالْخُمْرَ وَالْمَعَازِفَ (بخاری:5466

''میری اُمت کے کچھ لوگ زنا، ریشم، شراب، اور گانے بجانے کے آلات کو حلال کرلیں گے۔''

فقہاے اُمت کے مابین یہ مسئلہ اتفاقی ہے کہ 'استحلال'(شریعت کے حرام کردہ کو حلال کرلینا) شرک و کفر ہے، کیونکہ استحلال کا دعویٰ کرنے والا گویا خدا کی شریعت کو بدل کر من چاہی شریعت ترتیب دیتا ہے اور اِس طرح وہ عملاً اللہ کی صفت ِ حاکمیت وغیرہ میں ہمسری کا کردار پیش کرتا ہے، اور یہ شرک ہے۔ شریعت اور قانون سازی محض اللہ کا حق ہے۔ چنانچہ فرمانِ الٰہی ہے:

اَمْ لَہُمْ شُرَکٰٓؤُا شَرَعُوْا لَہُمْ مِّنَ الدِّیْنِ مَا لَمْ یَاْذَنْم بِہِ اللّٰہُ ط(الشوریٰ:21)

''کیا یہ لوگ کچھ ایسے شریک خدا رکھتے ہیں جنہوں نے اُن کے لیے دین کی نوعیت رکھنے والا ایک ایسا طریقہ مقرر کردیا ہے جس کا اللہ نے اذن نہیں دیا۔''

12۔پیغمبر اسلام کا فرمان ہے:

عَنْ اَبِیْ وَاقِدِ نِ الَّیْثِیِّ اَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللّٰہِ لَمَّا خَرَجَ اِلٰی حُنَیْنٍ مَرَّ بِشَجَرَۃِ یُقَالُ لَھَا ذَاتُ اَنْوَاطٍ یُعَلِّقُ الْمُشْرِکُوْنَ عَلَیْھَا أَسْلِحَتَھُمْ فَقَالُوْا یَارَسُوْلَ اللّٰہِ اِجْعَلْ لَنَا ذَاتَ أَنْوَاطٍ کَمَا لَھُمْ ذَاتُ اَنْوَاطٍ فَقَالَ النَبِّیُّ : اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ ھٰذَا کَمَا قَالَتْ بَنُوْ اِسْرَائِیْلَ اِجْعَلْ لَّنَا إِلٰھًا کَمَا لَھُمْ آلِھَۃٌ لَتَرْکَبُنَّ سُنَنَ مَنْ کَانَ قَبْلَکُمْ (ترمذی:2180

''ابو واقد لیثی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ بلا شبہ رسول اللہ جب حنین کی طرف نکلے تو ایک (بیری کے) درخت کے پاس سے گزرے جسے ذاتِ انواط کہا جاتا تھا، مشرکین اس پر اپنا اسلحہ لٹکاتے تھے (چند صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم جو نئے نئے مسلمان ہوئے تھے) انہوں نے کہا جس طرح ان کے لیے ذات انواط ہے ہمارے لیے بھی اسی طرح کا ذات انواط بنادیں۔ بنی نے (یہ بات سن کر) فرمایا: اللہ اکبر! یہ تو اسی طرح ہے جیسے بنی اسرائیل نے کہا تھا ہمارے لیے بھی ایک معبود مقرر کردیں۔''

ذاتِ انواط سے متعلق مذکورہ حدیث کے متن کا مطالعہ کرنے کے بعد دینیات کی معمولی سمجھ بوجھ رکھنے والا شخص اس نتیجے تک بآسانی پہنچ جاتا ہے کہ

اُمت مسلمہ کے بعض لوگوں کا شرک میں مبتلا ہوجانا قطعاً بعید نہیں ہے۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے ذاتِ انواط سے تبرک لینے کا صرف مطالبہ کیا تھا، اِس امر کی کوئی گنجائش نہ تھی کہ وہ مشرکین کی طرح اس درخت کی پرستش کرنے لگیں گے اور نہ وہ اِسے خدائی صفات سے متصف سمجھتے تھے۔

واقعہ یہ ہے کہ عملاً تبرک حاصل کرنے کی نوبت بھی نہ آئی تھی۔ پیغمبر اسلام نے سوال کرنے پر ہی جو گرفت اور خفگی کا اظہار فرمایا ہے تو کیا اس کے بعد بھی یہ کہنا بجا ہوگا کہ اُمت میں شرک پیدا ہو جانے کا کوئی کھٹکا نہیں!!

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 76, Number 434:

Narrated 'Uqba bin 'Amir RadiALLAHu anhu:

The Prophet went out and offered the funeral prayer for the martyrs of the (battle of) Uhud and then ascended the pulpit and said, "I am your predecessor and I am a witness against you. By Allah, I am now looking at my Tank-lake (Al-Kauthar) and I have been given the keys of the treasures of the earth (or the keys of the earth). By Allah! I am not afraid that after me you will worship others besides Allah, but I am afraid that you will start competing for (the pleasures of) this world."




Sahih Muslim, Book 030, Number 5688:

Narrated Uqba b. 'Amir RadiALLAHU anhu:

That Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) one day went out and he offered prayer over the martyrs of Uhud just as prayer is offered over the dead. He then came back and sat on pulpit and said: I shall be present there (at the Cistern) before you. I shall be your witness and, by Allah, I perceive as if I am seeing with my own eyes my Cistern at this very state and I have been given the keys of the treasures of the earth or the keys of the earth and, by Allah, I am not afraid concerning you that you would associate anything (with Allah after me), but I am afraid that you would be vaying with one another (for the possession of) the treasures of the earth.




Sahih Muslim, Book 030, Number 5689:

Narrated Uqba b. 'Amir RadiALLAHU Anhu:

That Allah's Messenger offered prayer over those who had fallen matyrs at Uhud. He then climbed the pulpit as if someone is saying good-bye to the living and the dead, and then said: I shall be there as your predecesor on the Cistern before you, and it is as wide as the distance between Aila and Juhfa (Aila is at the top of the gulf of 'Aqaba). I am not afraid that you would associate anything with Allah after me, but I am afraid that you may be (allured) by the world and (vie) with one another (in possessing material wealth) and begin killing one another, and you would be destroyed as were destroyed those who had gone before you. 'Uqba said that that was the last occasion that he saw Allah's Massenger on the pulpit.




Sunan Abu Dawood, Kitab ul Janaiz;

Narrated: Uqbah bin Aamir RadiALLAHu anhu:

Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam prayed salah for martyres of uhud as he is saying farewell to both dead and live ones. then he appeared in MIMBAR and said: i am your leader,and i am witness over you,our place for meeting is HAUZ-E-KAUTHAR and i am seeing hauz-e-kauthar from here and i have no fear about you that after me you will fall in SHIRK but i fear you will fall in WORLDLY LOVE , Uqbah RadiALLAHU anhu furthur said that day i saw Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam for last time.


Surely it's a guidens for those whose hearts ALLAH have not yet sealed: Imam and Hafiz of hadith Abu Yala (Rh) narrates a hadith in his Musnad with the chain going back to the companion of prophet , Sayyedina Huzaifa (rd) that the prophet of Allah ( Rasul Allah Sallala hu alai hi wasallam) said: "Verily, I fear about a man from you who will read the Quran so much that his face will become enlightened and will come to personify Islam. This will continue until Allah wishes when these things will be taken away from him when he will disregard them by putting them all behind him and attack his neighbour with the sword accusing him of Shirk. The Prophet was asked 'Which of the two was commiting Shirk? The attacker or the attacked?' The prophet replied 'The attacker (the one accusing the other of Shirk)."




The classification of this Hadith is Jayyid.( Strong)

Ibn Kathir also recorded this hadith in his Tafsir under Surah Al-Araf.

..And say, 'The truth has come, and falsehood vanished. Undoubtedly the falsehood was certain to vanish.[Surah Al-Isra, verse 81]
