السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

إن تكلفة التمويل هي تكلفة ضمنية أو محسوبة تكون من وجهة نظر محتسبها وليس من الضروري أن يصرح بها لغيره وهي تختلف باختلاف طبيعة العمل وفلسفة القائمين عليه. وهي عناصر ذكرت بعضها في تعليقك أي تكلفة التوثيق أو الصيانة وما يتبعه وهذه ليست كلها بل بعضها، مع التحفظ على عبارة صيانة المال لأنها تحتاج تفصيل وبيان.

فإن احتسبت تكلفة التمويل وكانت السلع والخدمات هي موضوع التبادل وجرى في مجلس العقد الرضا والإفصاح اللازم فلا شيء من الربا في هذا أبدا. فالربا هو مال بمال مع زيادة فإن كان موضوع التبادل هو من المال الربوي (بالمعنى الفقهي) كان محرما.

لا تنس الصلاة على نبي الرحمة والدعاء الصالح للمسلمين..

DURING THE RAIN

Narrated Sahel Ibn Sa'ad (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:

'Two will not be rejected, Supplication when the Adhan (call of prayer) is being called, and at the time of the rain'.

[Al-Hakim 2: 114, and Abu Dawud #2540, ibn Majah]

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبَاً نَافِعَا

Allaahumma Sayyibann Naafi'aa

"O Allaah, (bring) beneficial rain clouds."
(Bukhari – Fathul-Bari 2/518)

'Seek the response to your du'as when the armies meet, and the prayer is called, and when rain falls'

[reported by Imam al-Shafi' in al-Umm, al-Sahihah #1469]. The time of the rain is a time of mercy from Allah (SWT) so, one should take advantage of this time when Allah (SWT) is having mercy on His slaves.

After it has rained:

مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللهِ وَ رَحْمَتِهِ

Mutirnaa bifadhlillaahi wa rahmatihi

"It has rained by the bounty of Allaah and His Mercy"
(Bukhari 1/205, Muslim 1/83)

At the time of thunder:

سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةٌ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ

SubhanAllaahil ladhii yusabbihur ra'du bi hamdihi wal malaa-ikatu min kheefatihi

"Glory is to Him Whom thunder and angels glorify due to fear of Him."

[Whenever Abdullaah bin Zubair radhiyaAllaahu anhu would hear thunder, he would abandon all conversation and say this supplication. See al Muwatta 2/992.
It was graded authentic by Al-Albani as a statement of Abdullaah bin Zubair only.]

hon,meri masrufiyaat kuch ziyada he ho gaii hain jiss ki waja
se mein yeh group manage nahi kar pa raha hon , mere paas
time nahi hota hay group ki mails check karney ka aur unn ko
approve karney ka aur mein koi modrator bhi nahi bana.na
chahta hon iss liey mein iss group ko delete kar raha hon.
inn 8 years mein aap se jhagra bhi hua aur bohot si informative
mails bhi mili lekin zindagi achi guzri aap sab k saath .
meri wajah se agar kisi ka dill dukha ho to mein uss se
maazrat chahta hon. 30 june ko mein yeh group delete
kar doonga, 30 June ko aap ko p_se_poetry se last
mails milengi.

Apna aur apney ghar walon ka khayal rakhiey ga
khaas tor per apne Ammi Abbu ka bohot khayal
rakhiey ga aur unn ka har kehna maaniey ga.

Hamesah khush rahen aur bohot taraqqi karen
