آج پاکستان میں ہر شخص پریشان ہے، کوئی مہنگائی کو برا بھلا کہتا ہے، کوئی حکومت کو مورد الزام ٹھہراتا ہے، کسی کے گھر کا ماحول حبس زدہ ہے، مختصر یہ کھ خوش اور مطمئن لوگوں کی تعداد انگلیوں پر گنی جا سکتی ہے، کبھی ہم نے سوچا ہے اس کی وجہ کیا ہے؟

زیادہ عرصۂ نہیں گزرا ابھی ماضی قریب کی بات ہے حالات اتنے خراب نہیں تھے، لوگ روکھی سوکھی کھا کر بھی مطمئن تھے، چھت کے انٹینا سے پی ٹی وی  کی نشریات دیکھ کر خوش ہو جاتے تھے، خطوط کا کلچر زندہ تھا اور لوگ انتظار کی لذّت سے واقف تھے.

پھر ایک انقلاب آیا ایجادات کا جیسے سیل رواں بہنے لگا، پہلے وی سی پی / وی سی آر آۓ، ایک نئے ٹی وی چینل این ٹی ایم  کا اضافہ ہوا، کمپیوٹر، موبائل فون، انٹرنیٹ اور جانے کیا کیا کچھ عالم وجود میں آگیا اور چھاگیا، مذکورہ تمام ایجادات انسان کے فائدے لیے ہیں اس سے انکار نہیں، لیکن ہم نے جس طرح آسائش کو ضرورت اور ضرورت کو مقصد بنا لیا وہ ضرور لمحہ فکریہ ہے.

آج نوجوان کے پاس نوکری ہو نہ ہو، مناسب لباس میسر نہ ہو تو بھی ایک جینز سے کام چل جاتا ہے، لیکن پان گٹکا اور موبائل فون کے بغیراس کی زندگی ویران ہے اور ایک نوجوان ہی نہیں ہر طبقہ اسی اخلاقی بحران سے دوچار ہے، نہ وقت کی قدر ہے نہ پیسے کے ضیاع کا احساس ہے اور نہ الله کے آگے جواب دہی کا خوف.

باع س ( اربع اخوة) جزء من وجيبة بناء لهم لصالح ص فتم البيع بالمتر بعد ضبطها على الواقع و تم قبض الثمن و توقيع عقد وكالة للمشتري ص و تمليكه الوجيبة و كان هذا البيع منذ اكثر من عشر سنوات و لكن حسب بيان الحدود الرسمي الذي قدمه ع جار بناء س ظهر أن هناك تجاوز من بناء س على بناء ع من طرف الوجيبة المباعة لـ ص حوالي 20 متر فما رأي الفقهاء بمثل هذه الحالات بيع جزء من وجيبة لا يملكها س و قبض ثمنها من ص مع ذكر الادلة الشرعة ان سمحتم مشكورين

آج پاکستان میں ہر شخص پریشان ہے، کوئی مہنگائی کو برا بھلا کہتا ہے، کوئی حکومت کو مورد الزام ٹھہراتا ہے، کسی کے گھر کا ماحول حبس زدہ ہے، مختصر یہ کھ خوش اور مطمئن لوگوں کی تعداد انگلیوں پر گنی جا سکتی ہے، کبھی ہم نے سوچا ہے اس کی وجہ کیا ہے؟

زیادہ عرصۂ نہیں گزرا ابھی ماضی قریب کی بات ہے حالات اتنے خراب نہیں تھے، لوگ روکھی سوکھی کھا کر بھی مطمئن تھے، چھت کے انٹینا سے پی ٹی وی  کی نشریات دیکھ کر خوش ہو جاتے تھے، خطوط کا کلچر زندہ تھا اور لوگ انتظار کی لذّت سے واقف تھے.

پھر ایک انقلاب آیا ایجادات کا جیسے سیل رواں بہنے لگا، پہلے وی سی پی / وی سی آر آۓ، ایک نئے ٹی وی چینل این ٹی ایم  کا اضافہ ہوا، کمپیوٹر، موبائل فون، انٹرنیٹ اور جانے کیا کیا کچھ عالم وجود میں آگیا اور چھاگیا، مذکورہ تمام ایجادات انسان کے فائدے لیے ہیں اس سے انکار نہیں، لیکن ہم نے جس طرح آسائش کو ضرورت اور ضرورت کو مقصد بنا لیا وہ ضرور لمحہ فکریہ ہے.

آج نوجوان کے پاس نوکری ہو نہ ہو، مناسب لباس میسر نہ ہو تو بھی ایک جینز سے کام چل جاتا ہے، لیکن پان گٹکا اور موبائل فون کے بغیراس کی زندگی ویران ہے اور ایک نوجوان ہی نہیں ہر طبقہ اسی اخلاقی بحران سے دوچار ہے، نہ وقت کی قدر ہے نہ پیسے کے ضیاع کا احساس ہے اور نہ الله کے آگے جواب دہی کا خوف.
