IMPORTANT HEALTH TIPS

*      Occasionally fumigate the house – every room – with fragrant incense (lobaan), and close the doors for a while. 

*      Don't eat to full satiation. This will save you from many sicknesses.

*      Eat less during the spring season.

*      The meat of an old cow  thickens and contaminates the blood.

* Pregnant women should abstain from eating carrots.

* Pregnant women should never eat beans.

* Beans cause distressful dreams. (This does not mean that it is necessary to totally abstain from eating beans. Excessive indulgence in anything is harmful).

* Excessive consumption of sour things weakens the muscles and hastens old age. Females should exercise extra caution and never eat sour things during pregnancy.

* Do not eat sour things with milk.

* Never eat fish and milk together. This combination can cause paralysis and leprosy.

* Do not drink water after eating oily foods.

* Don't drink water after eating fruit.

* Drinking cold water with hot food, causes considerable damage to the teeth.

* Don't sleep immediately after eating. There should be a minimum interval of two hours.

* Don't drink water immediately after waking up from sleep. If overcome with thirst, close the nose then drink the water, and drink slowly. After drinking, keep the nose closed for a few moments.

* Don't drink water after a strenuous walk or exercise. It is very harmful.

* After relieving yourself in the toilet, don't immediately drink water.

* Ice is harmful for the kidneys.

* Don't  resort to medicine in minor illnesses. Overcome such illness by means of correct eating, drinking, walking and fresh air.

* Regardless of how serious a sickness may be, never panic. Panic adversely affects medication.

* Sleeping on a full stomach can lead to deafness. Never sleep before two hours after meals.

* Don't bite something hard. It harms both the teeth and the eyes.

* Biting ice is harmful.

* Pay special attention to the health of the stomach. Do not eat unless you are hungry. Do not fill the stomach to eliminate all vestiges of hunger.

* Don't become addicted to fine and delicious foods.

* Occasionally keep Nafl fasts. It benefits both physically and spiritually.

* Don't eat fruit on a full stomach nor on an empty stomach. Consume fruit when the stomach is neither empty nor full.

* Excess of oily foods weakens the stomach.

* As far as possible abstain from laxatives. Without the opinion of a physician (hakeem) never take laxatives.

* During pregnancy, as far as possible abstain from sexual relations, especially prior to four months and after the seventh month. Sexual relations during this period are harmful.

TAKBEER! Our brothers in the Palestinian Jihad group Masadat Al-Mujahidin have claimed responsibility for the recent forest fires which swept through parts of the American state of Nevada, as part of an operation that they had announced earlier. They warn the U.S to withdraw their support for the terrorist entity that is Israel or else be prepared to face further attacks. They emphasize that all civilians and military persons who are part of the system that aids Israel are targets, and call upon Muslims to aid them in this Jihad by attacking the enemy from within by using simple and cheap materials.

الحمد لله رب العالمين والعاقبة للمتقين ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين، والصلاة والسلام على إمام المجاهدين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين

أما بعد

Allah Almighty says: (And wage war on all of the idolaters as they are waging war on all of you) 36 Surah At-Taubah

Allah have granted a group of our brothers from the lions of Masadat Al-Mujahidin at 8:00 in the day before yesterday Thursday 25 Safar 1433 A.H. corresponding 19 January 2012 to set fire in the forests of Nevada in the Reno region.

And we by this great event and paradigm shift declare the following:

1. we declare our full responsibility of setting fire in the Nevada forests in America.
2. we declare widening the area of war and transferring it currently to inside America and soon to elsewhere.
3. we give the enemies of Islam and the allies of the Jews who occupy the land of Palestine three months beginning from the date of this statement to disown from the Jews who occupy the land of Palestine, and their actions against our Moslem brothers, and we demand the end of their alliances that oppress our rights as owners of the land, or we will be forced to extend our war until it spreads in all the lands that plot with our enemies.
4. we emphasize that targeting the so called Israel and its allies headed by America in every kind of targeting including fighting and all the types of peoples civilian and military is an individual obligation (Fradu Ayin) on every Moslem until the liberation of Palestine, and all their armies are expelled from the Moslem lands, and Allah's Word become the uppermost and religion is all for Allah.
5. we also point out that fighting the Jews and their allies is easy to those who want to repel their evil on the Moslems, and here you see with your own eyes what simple materials can do, that are cheap in your enemy, and how much damages it can inflict in them, so we incite the Moslem Ummah to participate in this blessed work and move their inherent energies for that.

This blessed Gazwa comes within a series of Gazawat that we declared and have previously begun and which will Insha'Allah destroy the edifices of the hateful Jewish occupation, until the Jews return from where they came since they have no place among us, and until the global alliances with the occupying Jews who occupy the land of the Moslems.

May Allah bless the soldiers of Al-Rahman and lions of Tawhid, may Allah aim their shooting and steadfast their feet, and accept from them their jihad and good deeds, because they made the friend happy and annoyed the foe.

And we say to the Jews and their agents this is a disgrace for you in this Dunya, and you have a big punishment in the hereafter, so have tidings with what you hate we have for you more, and do what you want, your cunning won't benefit you and your scheme won't benefit you, either we live under the governance of Allah or we seek shade under the Shadow of Allah.

والله أكبر الله أكبر .. ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمجاهدين

وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ

[karachi-Friends] Israelis using Phosphorous in Syria

Phosphorous (Unbelievably Effective!) 

This is one of the reasons Arabs are scared to death of the Israelites. What you are about to watch is an actual event. The Israeli Armed Forces filmed this in real time. 

What you'll see is a fully armored Syrian tank being hit by an Israeli laser-guided, steel-penetrating, phosphorous-filled "hand held" rocket. 

The rocket is small, very portable and is a tightly controlled weapon. Each one is accounted for when they are checked out and back in.  There must be no fewer than 2 soldiers present to verify the use, one must be a senior officer with a minimum of 10 years military service (the name and program is classified). This tank was headed for one of Israel's settlements. 

There were four more tanks one mile to the rear of this tank. They turned around before getting to this area after learning what had happened to the lead tank. You can hear the ammunition going off after the initial strike. No Syrian tank crew member survived this event (pretty obvious) and it did not make the news. 

It is an every day event for Israel's Armed Forces and they do not permit the "embedding" of news reporters with their armed forces like we Americans do. This weapon and its tactical use is for their survival, not for "news" entertainment. Perhaps we should take a page from the Israeli Military Handbook.

1. The reason why our bras don't always match our underwear is because WE actually change our underwear.

2. The next time you and your buddies make jokes about armed women in combat, take a poll to see which of you successfully aim at the toilet rim.

3. If we're watching football with you - it's not bonding - it's their butts.

4. Whenever possible, please try to say whatever you have to say after the movie.

5. Lay off the beans several hours before bedtime.

6. Please don't drive when you're not driving.

7. If you were really looking for an honest answer, you wouldn't ask in bed.

8. The next time you make jokes about female drivers, research the number of accidents caused by rubber-necking mini-skirts.

9. If only women gossip, how do you and your friends keep track of "who's easy"?

10. Stop telling us most male strippers are gay: we don't care.

11. When you're not around, I belch loudly, too.

12. We don't mind if you look in the mirror to check your appearance - in fact, please do!

13. When you're out with us, please wear "our" favorite outfit rather than "yours" - the torn jeans and dirty T-Shirt will last longer that way.

14. If you must grunt in reply, please develop a system to indicate a positive vs. A negative grunt.

15. Don't insist that we "get off the stupid phone" and then not talk to us.

16. Eye contact is best established above our shoulder-level.

17. Cleaning the house is not necessarily "women's work"; besides, most of the "dirt" and clutter is yours anyway.

18. Yes, we know most of the great chefs are men, why is it then you never want to cook?

19. We go to the Ladies Room in groups to talk about you.

20. Yes, we know you can probably beat us arm wrestling… however, very few raises or promotions were gained by arm wrestling the boss.

গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মাতা হান আল্লাহ পাক তিনি ইরশাদ করেন, 'হে মহিলারা! তোমরা পর্দার সাথে নিজ ঘরে অবস্থান করো। অর্থাৎ বেপর্দা হইওনা।'

নূরে মুজাসসাম, হাবীবুল্লাহ হুযূর পাক ছল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম তিনি ইরশাদ করেন, 'মহিলারা পর্দায় থাকবে। কারণ তারা যখন বের হয় তখন শয়তান উঁকি-ঝুকি দিতে থাকে কিভাবে তাদের দ্বারা পাপ কাজ সংঘটিত করা যায়।'

গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মাতা খাছ পর্দা করার কারণেই মহান আল্লাহ পাক তিনি উনার ঘরে গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব শায়েখ সাইয়্যিদ আব্দুল ক্বাদির জিলানী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মতো ওলীআল্লাহ উনাকে পাঠিয়েছেন।

যার থেকে সকলকেই ইবরত-নছীহত হাছিল করতে হবে। অর্থাৎ সকলকেই খাছ শরয়ী পর্দা পালন করতে হবে।

 

সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া, গাউছুল আ'যম হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি ছিলেন সেই যামানায় আল্লাহ পাক উনার খাছ লক্ষ্যস্থল। উনার বিলাদত শরীফ থেকে বিছাল শরীফ পর্যন্ত পুরো জীবনেই মুসলমানদের জন্য রয়েছে নছীহত, ইবরত।

 

 

 

 

মহান আল্লাহ পাক তিনি ইরশাদ করেন, "হে মহিলারা! তোমরা নিজ ঘরে অবস্থান করো। অর্থাৎ বেপর্দা হইওনা।" গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মাতা খাছ পর্দা করার কারণেই মহান আল্লাহ পাক উনার ঘরে গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব শায়েখ সাইয়্যিদ আব্দুল ক্বাদির জিলানী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মতো ওলীআল্লাহ উনাকে পাঠিয়েছেন।

 

 

 হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার বুযূর্গ মাতার শরয়ী খাছ পর্দা করা সম্পর্কে বলেন, উনার পিতা হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি অত্যন্ত ক্ষুধার্ত অবস্থায় দজলা নদীতে ভেসে আসা একটি আপেল ফল খাওয়ার কাফফারা হিসেবে সেই ফল বাগানে কয়েক বৎসর কাজ করেন।

 

অতঃপর হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবূ ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি সেই বাগানের মালিক হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনাকে বললেন, 'হুযূর! আমার ফলের মূল্য কি এখনও পরিশোধ হয়নি?' হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি বললেন, 'হ্যাঁ হয়েছে। তবে একটি শর্তে আপনাকে মুক্তি দিতে পারি।' শর্ত হলো- 'আমার একটি মেয়ে আছে উনাকে বিবাহ করতে হবে। মেয়েটি অন্ধ, বোবা, বধির, খঞ্জ, লুলা, কালো ও কুৎসিত।' একথা শুনে হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি ভাবলেন, 'এ ধরনের একটি মেয়েকে বিয়ে করবো! যার কাছ থেকে খিদমত পাওয়ার পরিবর্তে উল্টো তাঁকেই খিদমত করতে হবে।' কিন্তু পরক্ষণেই চিন্তা করলেন, দুনিয়া ক্ষণস্থায়ী, কাজেই এখন যদি তিনি ক্ষমা না করেন (বিবাহ করা ব্যতীত) তবে আল্লাহ পাক উনার কাছে কি জবাব দিবো ইত্যাদি চিন্তা করে রাজি হয়ে গেলেন।

 

 বিয়ে হয়ে গেলো। হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি বাসর ঘরে প্রবেশ করেই (হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি যা বলেছেন তার বিপরীত দেখতে পেয়েই) তাড়াহুড়া করে ঘর থেকে বের হয়ে আসলেন। ঘর থেকে বের হয়েই দেখলেন, সম্মুখের পারিবারিক রাস্তায় হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনাকে। তিনি হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনাকে দেখে বললেন, 'কি ব্যাপার আপনি বের হয়ে আসলেন কেনো?' জবাবে হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি বললেন, 'হুযূর! আপনি যা বলেছিলেন এখন দেখি তার সম্পূর্ণ বিপরীত। তাই আমি বের হয়ে এসেছি।' হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি বললেন (যা তিনি পূর্বেই বুঝতে পেরেছিলেন এমন কিছু ঘটবে) 'বাবা! উনিই আপনার আহলিয়া। রাত কাটান। সকালে আপনার প্রশ্নের জবাব দেবো।'

 

পরদিন হযরত আব্দুল্লাহ সাওমায়ি রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনাকে বললেন, 'বাবা! আমার মেয়েকে আমি অন্ধ বলেছি এই জন্যে যে- আমার মেয়ে কখনও কোনো পর পুরুষকে দেখেননি। বোবা বলেছি এজন্যে যে- তিনি কখনও কোনো পাপের কথা মুখে আনেননি। বধির বলেছি এজন্যে যে- তিনি কখনো পাপের কথা কানে শুনেননি। খঞ্জ ও লুলা বলেছি এজন্যে যে- তিনি কখনও কোনো পাপের পথে পা বাড়াননি এবং কোনো পাপ কাজ স্পর্শ করেননি। কালো ও কুৎসিত বলেছি এজন্যে যে- উনাকে কখনও কোনো পর পুরুষ দেখেনি।' এই কথা শুনে হযরত সাইয়্যিদ আবু ছালেহ মুসা জঙ্গি দোস্ত রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি মহান আল্লাহ পাক উনার শোকরগুজার করলেন। কারণ "সূরা নিসা, সূরা নূর ও সূরা আহযাব" সূরাসমূহে পর্দা করার ব্যাপারে কঠোর আদেশ-নির্দেশ করা হয়েছে। যেমন আল্লাহ পাক তিনি সূরা নূর-এর ৩০, ৩১ নম্বর আয়াত শরীফ-এ ইরশাদ করেন, "(হে হাবীব ছল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম!) আপনি মু'মিনদেরকে বলুন, তারা যেনো তাদের দৃষ্টিকে অবনত রাখে এবং তাদের ইজ্জত-আবরু হিফাযত করে। এটা তাদের জন্য পবিত্রতার কারণ। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ পাক তিনি তারা যা করে তার খবর রাখেন। আর আপনি মু'মিনাদেরকে বলুন, তারাও যেনো তাদের দৃষ্টি অবনত রাখে এবং তাদের ইজ্জত-আবরু হিফাযত করে ও তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রকাশ না করে।"

 

 

 বাইহাক্বী ও মিশকাত শরীফ-এর বরাত দিয়ে বলেন, হাদীছ শরীফ-এ আরো ইরশাদ হয়েছে, হযরত হাসান বছরী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি তিনি মুরসাল সূত্রে বর্ণনা করেন, আমার নিকট এই হাদীছ শরীফ পৌঁছেছে, "যে দেখে এবং দেখায় তার প্রতি আল্লাহ পাক উনার লা'নত।" অর্থাৎ আল্লাহ পাক উনার কালাম পাক এবং মহান আল্লাহ পাক উনার হাবীব হুযূর পাক ছল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম উনার হাদীছ শরীফ দ্বারা সরাসরি পর্দাকে ফরয করে দিয়েছেন। শুধু তাই নয় বরং চোখের দৃষ্টিসহ সমস্ত অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গকে হিফাযত করে পর্দা করতে বলেছেন।

 

'মুসনাদে আহমদ শরীফ'-এ আরো ইরশাদ হয়েছে, "দাইয়ুছ বেহেশতে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না।" দাইয়ুছ ওই ব্যক্তি যে নিজে পর্দা করে না এবং তার অধীনস্থদেরও পর্দা করায় না। অর্থাৎ যারা বেপর্দা হয়ে থাকে হাদীছ শরীফ-এর বর্ণনা মুতাবিক তারা সমস্ত অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গের দ্বারা অবৈধ কাজ তথা ব্যভিচারে মশগুল বা লিপ্ত। কাজেই পুরুষ মহিলা উভয়ের জন্যই খাছ শরয়ী পর্দা পালন করা ফরযে আইন।

 

 

, মূলকথা হলো- গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মাতা খাছ পর্দা করার কারণেই মহান আল্লাহ পাক উনার ঘরে গাউছুল আ'যম, সাইয়্যিদুল আউলিয়া হযরত বড়পীর ছাহেব শায়েখ সাইয়্যিদ আব্দুল ক্বাদির জিলানী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি উনার মতো ওলীআল্লাহ উনাকে পাঠিয়েছেন। যার থেকে সকলকেই ইবরত-নছীহত হাছিল করতে হবে। অর্থাৎ যারা চায় যে, তাদের সন্তান নেককার বা আল্লাহওয়ালা-আল্লাহওয়ালী হোক; তবে তাদের দায়িত্ব-কর্তব্য হচ্ছে, খাছ শরয়ী পর্দা পালন করা। আল্লাহ পাক তিনি আমাদের সকলকে খাছ শরয়ী পর্দা পালন করার তাওফীক দান করুন। (আমীন)
