السلام عليكم ورحمة الله

أحب أن أوضح النقاط النقاط التالية حول الذهب والسندات:
أولاً: على عكس الأسهم والسندات لا تحقق السلع (ومنها الذهب) عوائد تشغيلية حتى نعتبر هذه العوائد عديمة المخاطر, بل إن بعض الاقتصاديين لا يعتبرون السلع أصولاً استثمارية أساساً كونها لا تدر هذه العوائد..
ثانياً: كما تفضل الدكتور سامر فإنه لا يمكن اعتبار السندات السيادية أصولاً عديمة المخاطر خاصة بعد التخفيض الائتماني لسندات الخزينة الأمريكية من قبل ستنادرز أند بورز, وهي السندات التي لطالما تمّ النظر إليها خلال عقود خلت على أنها الوسيط الأمثل للأصل عديم المخاطرة.
ثالثاً: لا أظن أن فكرة وجود أصل عديم المخاطر مقبولة في الفكر الاقتصادي الاسلامي ابتداءً, لذا لا بد من البحث عن بديل (أو تعديل) لـ "نظرية سوق رأس المال" التي أخذت بهذا المفوم وجعلت منه ركناً أساسياً في النظرية المالية.

إن أخينا أوهاج لابد من أن في ذهنه حلا رياضيا لما يسأل عنه وسنرى ذلك لاحقا إن شاء الله.

نعم إن الذهب هو الملاذ الآمن لدى المستثمرين لأن الله خلق الثمنية فيهما. فمهما اشتق الإنسان وأبدع من مُثمّنات فإن الذهب يبقى الحل الأخير إذا خذلت المثمنات القيم التي تمثلها. وهذا لا يمكن التحكم به لأن العامل النفسي يفوق كل تنظير!!

أما ما أسماه أوهاج بالعائد الخالي من المخاطرة وضرب عنه مثلا بالسندات الحكومية فلا أظنه مصيبا فيه لأن هذا ليس استثمارٌ بل بيع للدين. ودليل قولنا تبرير الأخ أوهاج بأن الناس من المستثمرين تعزف عنها أي عن السندات.. فالناس جميعها والمختصون خاصة تعلم علم اليقين بأن هذا الاستثمار ليس استثمارا.. فلو اهتز الاقتصاد وانخفضت قيم النقود وارتفعت قيمة الذهب بما يفوق نسبة الفائدة الربوية على السندات لأدرك غير الاقتصاديين قبل الاقتصاديين وبالفطرة بأن الذهب معدن ثمين وأن السندات استثمار سخيف لا يتعدى نسبة اللايبور الأسخف منه (+-) فارق بسيط. وإن الدول التي تضع فائضها في السندات تراهن على عملة البلد التي تقوّم فيها السندات وهذا من المراهنة والقمار أكثر منه من الاستثمار. لذلك ليست السندات ذات عائد خالي ولو ضمنته الحكومات.. والمنظر الذي بين أيدينا مشاهده واضحة لأن الحكومات قيد الإفلاس فأي ضامن هذا؟

لقد اختفت المخاطر الآمنة لأنها أصلا غير موجودة أصلا كما اختفت الحكومات التي لا تفلس!!

إن المحافظة على رؤوس الأموال لا تكون بالاستثمار بالسندات أو بالذهب بل باستقرار الاقتصاد وهذا من مهمة الحكومات والناس معا ثم بالاقبال على العمل المنتج من كليهما فلا طفيليين ولا محتالين ولا متلاعبين بالناس وبأموالهم.

فحتى الذهب إذا قام المضاربون بالمضاربة به فسيرفعون سعره بشكل غير معبّر عن حقيقة السعر.

وإن القول بأن معدل العائد الخالي من المخاطرة منشؤه استثمار أو قطاع محدد فهذا لم يعد صحيحا وتكوين المحافظ الاستثمارية من خلال مؤشرات قياس تخصهما لم تعد صحيحة أيضا.

لا تنس الصلاة على نبي الرحمة والدعاء الصالح للمسلمين..

بلاشك فإن أخينا أوهاج عندما يسأل فإن في خاطره تبريرا رياضيا لابد أننا سنراه بعدما يسمع التعليقات.

الذهب هو ملاذ آمن للمستثمرين.. هذا صحيح لأن الثمنية خلقة في ه

ولكن هنالك ما يسمى بالعائد الخالي من المخاطرة

فلماذا يترك المستثمرون هذا العائد فيشترون الذهب باعتباره الملاذ الآمن لأموالهم

رغم أن العلاقة غير واضحة بين العائد الخالى من المخاطرة والذهب وذلك للأسباب الاتية:

- معدل العائد الخالي يحدد من جهات حكومية وتضمن عائده

الذين يشترون الذهب يرغبون فى المحافظة على اموالهم او المضاربة.

السؤال :- ماذا يعكس هذا التباين , مع ان معدل العائد الخالى يستخدم كمؤشر لكثير من التفاسير الاستثمارية والذهب اصبح

كثير ما نسمع فى النشرات الاقتصادية بأن الذهب هو الملاذ الآمن لدى المستثمرين ولكن هنالك مايسمى بالعائد الخالى من المخاطره فلماذا يتركون المستثمرين هذا العائد و يشترون الذهب باعتباره الملاذ الآمن لاموالهم

رغم ان العلاقة غير واضحه بين العائد الخالى من المخاطره والذهب وذلك للاسباب الاتية :- معدل العائد الخالى يحدد من جهات حكومية وتضمن عائده- والسبب الثانى الذين يشترون الذهب يرغبون فى المحافظة على اموالهم او المضاربة.

السؤال :- ماذا يعكس هذا التباين , مع ان معدل العائد الخالى يستخدم كمؤشر لكثير من التفاسير الاستثمارية والذهب اصبح

{Islamic Mailing Group} Fasting on 9th Dhul Hijjah.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

Hunaydah ibn Khaalid reported from his wife that some of the wives of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said: "The Messenger of ALLAH (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) used to fast on the ninth of Dhul-Hijjah, on the day of Aashoorah, on three days of each month, and on the first two Mondays and Thursdays of each month." [(Saheeh) by Shaikh al-Albanee in Saheeh Abi Dawood vol: 2, no: 462]

It is reported in Saheeh Muslim that when the Messenger of ALLAH (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) was asked about the fasting on the day of Arafat, he said: "It expiates the sins of the previous year and that of the following year." [Saheeh Muslim] This fasting is Mustahabb only for the non-pilgrims and not for the Hajis (the pilgrims) because it was not the practice of ALLAH's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) to fast on the day of Arafat during pilgrimage and in a narration he also forbade doing so. Imaam at-Tirmidhee (rahimahullah) (d. 275H) said: "The People of Knowledge consider it recommended (Mustahabb) to fast on the day of Arafat, except for those at Arafat." [Jaami'ut-Tirmidhee (3/377)]

Arafat is a day of Forgiveness from sins, freedom from the Hell-Fire for the people who are present in the plain of Arafat. Aa'ishah (radhi allahu anha) narrated the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) saying: "There is no day on which ALLAH frees more people from the Fire than the day of Arafat. He comes close and expresses His pride to the angels saying, 'What do these people (the Hajis) want?'" [Saheeh Muslim]

Narrated Aboo Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him):

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Any person who takes a bath on Friday like the bath of Janaabah and then goes for the prayer (in the first hour i.e. early), it is as if he had sacrificed a camel (in Allahs cause);

and whoever goes in the second hour it is as if he had sacrificed a cow;

and whoever goes in the third hour, then it is as if he had sacrificed a horned ram;

and if one goes in the fourth hour, then it is as if he had sacrificed a hen;

and whoever goes in the fifth hour then it is as if he had offered an egg.

When the Imam comes out (i.e. starts delivering the Khuthbah), the angels[28] present themselves to listen to the Khuthbah." (ie closes the record book & stops writing the names of those who come for jumaah after that) [29]

[karachi-Friends] GUIDE TO A BETTER LIFE

Greetings of Peace!

Interesting philosophy but the some of these are really hard to follow
but not so hard to read though.

This is amazing, Randy Pausch 47 yrs old, A computer Sc. lecturer from
Mellon Universityhe died of pancreatic cancer in 2008, but wrote a
book 'The last lecture" before then, one of the bestsellers in 2007.
What a legacy to leave behind…
In a letter to his wife Jai and his children, Dylan, Logan, and Chloe,
he wrote this beautiful "guide to a better life" for his wife and
children to follow.
May you be blessed by his insight.

POINTS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE

Personality:
1. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their
journey is all about.
2. Don't have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead
invest your energy in the positive present moment
3. Don't over do; keep your limits
4. Don't take yourself so seriously; no one else does
5. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip
6. Dream more while you are awake
7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
8. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner of his/her
mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.

17. Forgive everyone for everything
18. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6
19. Try to make at least three people smile each day
20. What other people think of you is none of your business
21. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your family
and friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:
22. Do the right things
23. However good or bad a situation is, it will change
24. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up
25. The best is yet to come
26. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful

While you practice all of the above, share this knowledge with the
people you love, people you school with,
people you play with, people you work with and people you live with.
Not only will it enrich YOUR life, but also that of those around you.
