الزملاء الكرام،

تحية طيبة،

 

يسرني أن أرفق لكم خبراً صحافيا عن عقد "منظمة الخليج للاستشارات الصناعية" (جويك) ورشة عمل تدريبية حول "أساليب جمع ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات الصناعية" وذلك في مقرها في الدوحة (دولة قطر) خلال الفترة من 11 - 13 نوفمبر 2013.

 

تستهدف الورشة العاملين في مجال الإحصاءات الصناعية والاقتصادية وفي الأجهزة الإحصائية والإدارات الإحصائية الجمركية والمعنيين بمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها، والعاملين في استطلاعات الرأي ومراكز البحث والتطوير والمستثمرين في مجال الصناعة والجهات والشركات الاستشارية.

 

ويأتي تنظيم "جويك" لهذه الورشة انطلاقاً من أهمية البيانات الصناعية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والدول العربية ودورهاً في اتخاذ القرارات الاقتصادية والاستثمارية، حيث تعتبر قواعد البيانات مصدراً مهماً يعتمد عليه للاطلاع على الأنشطة الصناعية والمؤشرات ذات العلاقة.

 

وتهدف المنظمة من عقد هذه الورشة إلى في تعزيز وعي المشاركين بأفضل أساليب جمع البيانات وتزويدهم بأنواع جديدة من خدمات تحليل البيانات، حيث ستناقش الورشة المفاهيم والتعريفات الفنية للبيانات والمعلومات، والطرق والأساليب العلمية في تنفيذ عمليات تجميع البيانات، وتنظيمها، وتلخيصها، وعرضها، وتحليلها، وتفسيرها والخروج باستنتاجات مبنية على هذه البيانات.

 

وستضمن الورشة محاور متنوعة أبرزها تعريف بالبيانات الصناعية وتطبيقاتها، والمسوحات الصناعية كأحد أساليب جمع البيانات، مع التطرق إلى المؤشرات الصناعية، والتصنيف الصناعي الدولي وتطبيقاته، والتصانيف السلعية وتطبيقاتها، وتحليل البيانات وحساب المؤشرات باستخدام برنامج اكسل، مع استعراض تجربة "جويك" في جمع وتحليل البيانات من خلال "البوابة التفاعلية المطوّرة لمعلومات الأسواق الصناعية" (IMI Plus). كما سيتخلل الورشة تطبيقات عملية ونقاش مفتوح بين المشاركين.

 

يقدم ورشة العمل خبراء "منظمة الخليج للاستشارات الصناعية"، وهم المستشار الاقتصادي ممدوح هبره والخبير صالح طه مدير إدارة المعلومات الصناعية بالإنابة، والاختصاصي الاقتصادي حاتم الرشيد.

 

يذكر أن "جويك" تسعى بشكل دؤوب من خلال برنامج التدريب وتطوير القدرات  (TCD) على زيادة القدرات الفردية والتنظيمية في القطاع الصناعي في دول مجلس التعاون وجمهورية اليمن، من خلال دورات يمكن التسجيل فيها بكل سهولة من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني للمنظمة www.goic.org.qa، أو عبر التواصل بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على "فايسبوك" و"تويتر" و"يوتيوب".
