Taking injection, inhaler, insulin, saline etc. will certainly break the Saom

 

There are many tomfool doctors and covetous Maolana who say that, Taking injections, inhalers, insulin, saline etc. will not break the Saom Their speech is fully incorrect, full of ignorance and expresses sheer kuffar (Disbelief). Because, they are not able to manage any dependable and truthful reference in support of their meaningless speech. On the contrary, the Fotoya (religious decision) that the Saom gets broken after taking injections, inhalers, insulin, saline etc. is accurate and acceptable. Because, there are numerous acceptable references in the dependable books (kitab) of Fiqah (religious rulings) and fotwah (religious decision).

For example, it has been mentioned in 220th page of the volume 1 of the book ˝Hidaya Ma'ad Diraya˝- "If anybody takes injections, the saom gets broken. Because, Noor-i-Mujassam Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa-sallam says that, if anything enters into the body, it breaks the saom."

Besides, in 27th page of the volume 2 of the book 'Bahrur Rayik', it is mentioned that- "If anybody takes injections, the saom gets broken. Because, Noor-i-Mujassam Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa-sallam says that, if anything enters into the body, it breaks the saom and if anything comes out, it does not break the saom."

Moreover, it is mentioned in 204th page of the volume 1 of the book 'Fotwaye Alamgiri'- "If anybody takes Injections, the saom gets broken."

Similar statement is also mentioned in the book 'Fotwaye Shami'

 

Thus it is proved that, Taking Injections, Inhalers, Insulin and Saline etc. will certainly break the Saom

من المقرر أن تشهد جلسات الندوة التي يرأسها رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة البركة المصرفية الإسلامية، صالح بن عبد الله كامل، بحوثا فقهية يقدمها علماء مختصون في الشريعة المصرفية، للحديث عن الوكالة بالاستثمار والصكوك والتأصيل الفقهي لعقود المداينات وعقود المشاركات، إضافة إلى بحثين في الزكاة وأحكام التعامل في الذهب وتطبيقاته المعاصرة يعقب عليها مجموعة من العلماء الفقهيين والاقتصاديون في جلسات مفتوحة بحضور نحو ألف مهتم من مختلف دول العالم الإسلامي.

أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة البركة المصرفية، عدنان يوسف، أن الندوة تبحث عن حلول اقتصادية للمشكلات التي تعاني منها المجتمعات الإسلامية واستنباطها من الاقتصاد الإسلامي نظرية ونظاما، وتشجيع البحث العلمي في مجال الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وربط الاجتهاد الفقهي بقضايانا الاقتصادية المعاصرة، وقال رئيس الهيئة الشرعية لمجموعة البركة المصرفية، عبد الستار عبد الكريم أبو غدة، إن الندوة هذا العام لديها أربعة موضوعات مهمة لم تطرح سابقا كالوكالة بالاستثمار، التي أصبح لها اهتمام كبير بعد أن كانت على نطاق ضيق كتوكيل العميل لشراء سلعة ما، كذلك موضوع المشاركات، التي كانت مهملة بسبب التركيز على المرابحة، وكذلك موضوع زكاة الديون، بالإضافة إلى موضوع الذهب والفضة، وكيفية التعامل معها، كونه يختلف عن البضائع التي يمكن تأجيلها.

مما يجدر ذكره أن للمجموعة انتشارا جغرافيا واسعا، ممثلا في وحدات مصرفية تابعة ومكاتب تمثيل في خمس عشرة دولة، تدير أكثر من 450 فرعا في كل منن الأردن وتونس والسودان وتركيا ومملكة البحرين ومصر والجزائر وباكستان وجنوب أفريقيا ولبنان وسورية وإندونيسيا وليبيا والعراق والمملكة العربية السعودية.
