Asalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu,

Mission

Great outdoor adventure activities from endurance training to many sport activities; Basketball, Soccer, Kickball, Volleyball, etc., Arts and Crafts and much more. There is something out there for children and youth of all ages. Our adventure activities program encourages children and youth to use their initiative, discovering their natural talents, and gain confidence as they discover their potential.

Description

Starting a whole new era of youth sports programs at ISTABA :

1- Summer Camp program for children from 4 to 17 years of age,
2- After School program,
3- Finally a youth sports league,

General Information

ISTABA's Youth Sports programs promote healthy children, families and community by placing a high priority on family involvement, healthy competition, the value of participation and team building. Parents are encouraged to be more than mere spectators by contributing their time as volunteer coaches and team parents as well as being their child's number one fan.

English Translation of Al-Quran

[22].Surah Al-Hajj [The Pilgrimage]

Ayat 65. See you not that Allah has subjected to you (mankind) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? Allah withholds the heaven from falling on the earth except by His Leave. Verily, Allah is, for mankind, full of Kindness, Most Merciful.

[Tafseer] Sees thou not that Allah has made subject to you (men) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the sky (rain) from failing on the earth except by His leave: for Allah is Most Kind and Most Merciful to man. Land and sea have been made subject to man by Allah's command, so that man can develop his life freely on earth. Sama 'means (1) something high, (2) a roof, a ceiling, (3) the sky, the canopy of heaven, (4) cloud or rain. We understand the last meaning here, though most authorities seem to render it by some such word as "sky". If we understand rain here, we have a complete picture of the three elements in which man lives-land, air and sea. Rain is also appropriate for mention with Allah's kindness and mercy. He regulates the rain for man's benefit.

English Translation of Hadith

Hazrat Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Allah is Forbearer and He loves forbearance, and rewards for forbearance while He does not reward severity, and does not give for any thing besides it (forbearance).''

[Muslim Book 32, Chapter 21, Hadith # 6273]

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Hajj Ayat 65."Verily, Allah is, for mankind, full of Kindness, Most Merciful." Mildness is the opposite of harshness. Allah enjoins softness and dislikes stiffness in human relations. Allah assures of reward for gentle behaviour in society, not for unkindness or anything like that. However, inflexibility is preferred to flexibility when there arises a question of religious matters and the limits set by Allah.

{ISTABA} Janazah For Hajj Salah Yacoub (Abu Ibrahim) tomorrow (Wednesday May 8th, 2013) After Thuhur in Sligh Masjed, Burial in Palmetto

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

توفي اليوم الحاج صلاح يعقوب (أبو إبراهيم) رحمه الله تعالى. ستكون الجنازة غدا بإذن الله بعد صلاة الظهر في

مسجد سلاي والدفن في بالميتو.

We are saddened by the news that Hajj Salah Yacoub (Abu Ibrahim) the Father Brs Ibrahim, Nader, Ashraf, Shareef, and Mohammad, has just passed away in Lakeland. We ask Allah to forgive his sins and make his family among the patients.

Salatul Aljanazah will be at Sligh Masjed tomorrow after Thuhur prayer Inshaa Allah. Burial will be at Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto right after we finish the Janazah Prayer.
