[PF:167455] Telephonic Nikah in Islam

Hi Friends,

A friend of mine, who is in Qatar wants to perform a Telephonic Nikah with his Fiancee (منگیتر) residing in Islamabad-Pakistan.

I would like to request you that if any of you have gone thru the 'Telephonic Nikah' experience or if you have any knowledge about

the whole procedure, then kindly share your experience / views to guide my friend and also how much it is valid by the point of

view of our religion Islam (Sect: Sunni and Shia).
