I've previously said that the (subcomponent of PJC barebones)
healing circle prescriptions now cover just mammals
and thus they do no binding of any non-DNA-based evil
ones (evil as defined by ALL).

But it turns out the PJC popthroughs do cover non-DNA-based
evil someones (evil as defined by the level -1 figure of
the popthrough) and I divined earlier that each PJC popthrough
has caught up with at least three such someones that
had evaded the original workings by leaving the original
regions. And e.g. the Jesus PJC popthrough has caught up with 18
and the Buddha PJC popthrough has caught up with 52
and the Gwion PJC popthrough has caught up with 30
and the Krishna PJC popthrough has caught up with 32
and the Chango Ashe PJC popthrough has caught up with 32
and the Havamal 137--144 writer's PJC popthrough has caught
up with 19.

(PJC=post-judged collaborative; level -1 = top level)

Is this a PCP popthrough?
