Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I was shocked to see the tall clock tower of Makkah in close proximity of Haram Sharif. If they wanted to make a tower, there was lot of space for it outside Makkah. They could haveeven made an expressway linking it to Jeddah Makkah highway. I have lived in Jeddah for 5 yearsand remember seeing lot of empty space on Jeddah Makkah high way. So why it had to be so close to
haram sharif?
haram sharif?
Scholar Asrar Alam was the first to point out Saudi disrespect to the houses of Sahabaera and masjids and the grave yards. It is a stupid argument to say people indulge in shirk by touching the old monuments. People also touch the walls of masjide nabawi ashsharif. So would they demolish it as well?
It is a great pity that Israel is trying to re-claim temple of Solomon from mile deep debris and we are lucky to have our blessed harmain sharifain intact, but are trying to trivialize those by making huge towers of rocks and cement.
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had turned his face away from a companion who had made a dome on his house. How the king and his coteries face him on the day of judgement? And where pious ahle hadith ulemaa were when the tower hotel was being built?
