Especial arrangements have been made for Flood affected People of Pakistan, poor and deserving areas in India & Bangladesh.
The aims of Al-Islam Groups's Qurbani/Zabiha Project are twofold:
Firstly - to assist as many Muslims as possible to perform this noble act by offering the Qurbani/Zabiha in your name (Optional) and
Secondly - to give poor and deserving Muslims the opportunity to eat meat on the day of 'Eid-ul-Adh'haa' will bring them tremendous JOY, especially at the same time. A well distribution plan has been finalized for the economically depressed areas and adopted localities.
In INDIA, last year more than 175 Qurbani/Zabiha (Sheep and Buffalo) were distributed in 175 different localities benefited over 20,000 people in various states.
Insha Allah this year also we are putting our efforts to help out 100,000 people in the above countries.
Now we have initiated to focus especially in Flood affected areas of Pakistan, Poor and deserving states(ORISSA, BIHAR, ASSAM, UP) in India and Bangladesh where "Qurbani/Zabiha is a DREAM and meat is a LUXURY for them".
Once again we appeal to our generous sponsors to strengthen the Qurbani/Zabiha Project. We must not let our despair turn to hopelessness...let us instead make a firm commitment to use all that Allah (s.w.t.) has empowered us to help them in the hour of their need.
