السلام علیکم
اسلام کسی خاص خطے کے لوگوں کے عمل کا نام نہیں ہے۔ نہ یہ عربوں کی روایات ہیں اور نہ عجمیوں کی میراث۔ یہ اللہ کا دین ہے جو ہم تک اللہ کے پیغمبر صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کےذریعے پہنچا۔ اس کے لیے ہمیں کسی خاص قوم کے عمل کو نہیں دیکھنا۔ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرما دیا کہ جو مرد عورتوں کی مشابہت اختیار کریں اور جو عورتیں مردوں کی مشابہت اختیار کریں ان پر اللہ کی لعنت ہے۔ تو ساری بات ختم ہوجاتی ہے۔ کسی بحث کی گنجائش نہیں رہتی۔ پتا نہیں کیوں جو شخص دین کا علم حاصل کرتا ہے وہ مولوی ہوجاتا ہے اور مولوی "آپ کے نظریے کے مطابق " عام لوگوں کو گمراہ کرتا ہے۔یعنی آپ یہ کہنا چاہتے ہیں کہ علم دین میں یعنی اسلام میں کچھ خرابی ہے نعوذ باللہ؟
آپ کہتے ہیں کہ عرب عید کے روز قربانی نہیں کرتے جو حج میں نہیں ہوتے۔ یہ آپ نے کہاں دیکھا ہے جب کہ میں یہاں بے شمار عربوں کو قربانی کرتے دیکھتا ہوں۔ قربانی کے جانوروں کی منڈیاں لگی ہوتی ہیں۔ اور اگر وہ نہ بھی کرتےہوں تو ہمیں اس سے کیا؟ ہم نے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تعلیمات، سنت اور صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہ کے عمل کو دیکھنا ہے۔ اور کیا آپ لوگوں میں ایثار اور قربانی کا جذبہ ختم کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور مال ودولت کی محبت پیدا کرنا چاہتےہیں؟یا آپ قربانی کے فلسفے کو سمجھتے نہیں یا سمجھنا چاہتے نہیں؟
جمعہ کو ایک آذان ہو یا دو ہوں، دونوں طرح درست ہے۔ حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور میں اس دوسری آذان کا اضافہ اس لیے کیا گیا کہ لوگ بروقت تیار ہوکر خطبے سے پہلے مسجد پہنچ جائیں اور پورا خطبہ سنیں جو کہ جمعہ کا اصل مقصد ہے۔
اور جمعہ کا بڑامقصد مسلمانوں کے اجتماع، ان میں اجتماعی شعور اور فکر پیدا کرنے کے علاوہ وعظ و نصیحت ہے۔
خطبہ اور خطاب ایک ہی چیز ہے جس کو برصغیر کے مسلمانوں نے دو الگ الگ چیزیں سمجھ لیا ہے۔ اصل مطلب تقریر ہے جس میں مسلمانوں کو وعظ و نصیحت کرنا مقصود ہے۔
آپ کو کس نے کہا کہ عید کی نماز فرض ہے؟ ہاں البتہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عید کے اجتماع میں حاضر ہونے کی تاکید ضرور کی ہے  حتی کہ وہ خواتین بھی جو نماز نہیں پڑھ سکتیں وہ بھی خطبہ سننے اور دعا میں شریک ہونے کے لیے عید گاہ میں آئیں۔
لگتا ہے کہ آپ اسلام کے روحانی اور اخلاقی پہلو کو نظر انداز کر کے صرف مادی پہلو سے دیکھنے کے عادی ہیں۔ یہ بات انسان کی اخلاقی تربیت کے نکتہ نظر سے سخت نقصان دہ ہے۔

We Ajmi Muslims are very much concerned about such petty matters like wearing of jeans but in Arabia particulalry in Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, etc. and Turkey they don't care. Please take it easy.  We are more Islamic minded than the Arabs and try to over take the Arabs and therefore commit excesses and over acting in religious rituals and matters. In Juma Prayers, there are two Azans and our Imams make two long Khitabs and two long Qutbas before prayers whereas in Arabia after only one Azan, a short Khitab with Qutba is made and they start prayers. Namaz is more important and Farz. In Arabia those who don't perform Hajj, they don't make QURBANI  ( sacrifice of animals) but in Pakistan this is done enmasse as if it is attached with Eid. We forget the Hajis performing Hajj don't pray Eid Namaz at all. That is why it has been made a Wajib Namaz with no Azan for those not performing Hajj. But our Moulvis deliberately keep us in the dark about such important guidelines so that we should continue to depend upon them in all religious matters and issues and get exploited.

Women wearing jeans
my qestion to you is on ladies waring jeans.
is it at all allowed.
i know that you may have answered this question but i'm not to clear on the point of jeans.
also please state the punishment for doing so.
this is very importatnt to me and i would appreciate an answer as soon as possible.

Shaykh 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Abd al-Rahmaan al-Jibreen (may Allaah preserve him) was asked about the ruling on women wearing jeans. He replied:
"As for women wearing pants or trousers, this is not permitted, even if she is on her own or in front of other women or her husband, except if she is in a closed room with her husband only. Apart from that, it is not permitted because it shows the details of her body and makes her get used to these clothes. So she is not permitted to wear these clothes at all." (al-Nukhbah min al-Fataawaa al-Nisaa'iyyah, p. 30).
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih ibn 'Uthaymeen was also asked about the ruling on women wearing any kind of pants or trousers. He (may Allaah preserve him) answered:
"I think that women should not wear trousers at all, even if there is no one with her apart from her husband, because this is imitating men. The ones who wear trousers are men, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed women who imitate men."
