I, Syed Ali Mohammed Faris - Sri Lankan National age 56+ worked in 'Khalifa Al-Saif Motors' (Franchise Jaguar LandRover in Saudi Arabia) for last 17 years as stock controller. I was terminated in Dec 2010 without one month notice and end of service benefits for 17 years worth about SR 40,000. I kept on following and contacting management but Mr. Amer Sohail Rammy - National Finance and Admin Manager was giving me false hopes and promises to wait until chairman Mr. Khalifa Al-Saif got out of prison. Mr. Khalifa was approving all transactions and salaries from prison but never signed my cheque for service benefits. Mr. Khalifa Al-Saif was released from jail few months back and I met him to clear my dues and to give me release or exit but he never listened to me and told me to contact Mr. Amer Sohail Rammy. Mr. Khalifa is doing the same treatment with some other employees, some of them are fighting in court while others left their matter to Allah till day of judgment! Recently, one employee Mr.Munsif (ex-warehouse incharge) won a case in labour court and when he went to take his payment, Mr. Khalifa made him sign a paper that he received his benefits as cash and then kicked him out of his office without paying him anything! I reserved ticket two times to go back to Srilanka in Jan 2012 to attend wedding of my eldest daughter but Mr. Amer Sohail Rammy was giving me false promises and did not give me exit reentry and finally, I could not attend my daughters marriage. 

Five weeks ago,I faced serious road accident and my spinal cord got fractured. I was advised for an urgent operation but did not have means for operation. Neither I have medical insurance from sponsor nor I have 45000 to pay for this operation. I may end up paralysis, only Allah knows! I contacted my embassy and they advised me to approach labour court. I approached labour court but I was told I could raise a case/ claim only during first year of my termination therefore, approaching labour court was useless. My sponsor knowing my situation never felt pity for me. Mr. Khalifa Al-Saif is now enjoying his vacation in London by leaving his poor employee in this situation!!!

At present my status is; I with fractured spinal cord have empty pockets, no income, no permanent place to live here, no release from sponsor, no final exit from sponsor, expired iqama and no payment of benefits while my family back home is almost dead as they have no hopes to see me ever! Afterall, what is my mistake??? Mr. Amer Sohail and Mr. Khalifa Al-Saif must fear from Allah as they will not be spared from His wrath inshaAllah!

I  humbly request you to guide me where can I operate my spinal surgery and at the sametime need financial support to carryout this operation. I do not want any direct donation as brothers can directly deal  with concerned hospital. I have medical report and scans of my spinal. Once I am physically ok, I can then go everyday to Riyadh Governorate or other courts to get my right from my sponsor inshaAllah. 

I hope you being a human, a Muslim, a father, can share my pain.
