Call for Papers
Islamic Insight is seeking highly academic, original research contributions for its first issue to be published in June 2012. The journal, Islamic Insight is a peer reviewed international journal devoted for publishing of high quality refereed papers in Islamic Studies and related areas. It is published by faculty of Islamic Studies, Darul Huda Islamic University located in South India which stands for an amicable blending of traditional knowledge with modern social sciences.
The papers are selected only through sheer peer review process to ensure quality, originality, academic relevance and innovation. Authors are encouraged to concentrate mainly on six focus areas of the Journal which include Usuludeen and Shariah, Da'wa, Social Sciences, Languages and Culture, International Studies, and Kerala and Mappila Studies. However, the relevant original contributions in related themes also will be welcomed. The first issue is expected to encompass the six diverse areas that the journal wants to represent.
Abstracts of 300-350 words are to be submitted on or before 30th October, 2011 to dhiuabstracts@gmail.com, where it would be neatly typed in MS Word with TIMES NEW ROMAN, 12 font size. Non-electronic, non original and already published materials will not be entertained. Selected abstracts would be asked for writing complete paper before 15th November and it must be submitted before 30th December 2011. However, the selection would not require the publication of final paper without meeting the expected quality.

ترك ما عارض أهل السنة والجماعة... الاكتفاء بأمور ذات علاقة بالاقتصاد الإسلامي وعلومه ولو بالشيء البسيط، ويستثنى من هذا مايتعلق بالشأن العام على مستوى الأمة كحدث غزة مثلا... عدم ذكر ما يتعلق بشخص طبيعي أو اعتباري بعينه باستثناء الأمر العام الذي يهم عامة المسلمين... تمرير بعض الأشياء الخفيفة المسلية ضمن قواعد الأدب وخاصة منها التي تأتي من أعضاء لا يشاركون عادة، والقصد من ذلك تشجيعهم على التفاعل الإيجابي... ترك المديح الشخصي...إن كل المقالات والآراء المنشورة تُعبر عن رأي أصحابها، ولا تعبّر عن رأي إدارة المجموعة بالضرورة.
