Refer pls to the Islamic Financial Engineering page of www.kantakji.com and you will find Arabic & English articles and researchs.

What you asked about founded in many types, for example you will find rich things in old Arabic fiqh books  and you need to understand it well.
Also there is a faluable book issued by IDB introduces a lot of possible products needs to develope.

But the techniques itself needs other efforts to find, and may you face some difficulties in this topic. I mentioned some of these techniques in my Arabic book Islamic Financial Industry   but I plan to extend these illustraions in the near future in a special book.

I think the analysis which Dr. Sami Suilem dione in his article which found in the mention page contains a good techniques and tools which you search about, for example look at pges 25 and what behind it.
