Prime Point of Allah's attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A'alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah and Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee of Rajarbagh Shareef Dhaka said, "Allah Pak Dictates, 'Offer Swalat and do Qurbani for the satisfaction of Allah Pak'. On the occasion of Qurbani or Sacred Eid-ul-Azha, it should be the duty of Bangladesh Government to sanction at least ten days of official leave for the office and courts; and a twenty days leave for the educational institutes like Madrasa, schools, colleges and Universities. And take total measures so that Muslims can celebrate Eid and do Qurbani according to Shari'ah rules and regulation. And while at the same time it should also be the duty of Bangladesh government to make financial assistance to the Muslims. Eid-ul-Azha or Qurbani is one of the Eid days of 3 Billion Muslims of the world. Besides, all Muslim and Non-Muslim governments must grant at least ten days of official leave in the view of Islam. And a twenty days leave for the educational institutes like Madrasa, schools, colleges and Universities must be given and the honour and dignity of Eidul Azha must be highlighted. Activation must be there to solve all the problems through implementing Islamic spirit and ideologies."
Mujaddide A'azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "There are plenty of days-off in the Muslim world like the 1st boishakh of the hindu and fire-worshippers, the 1st of May of the jews and christians, buddhist full moon, 25th December, christmas day of the christians and the jonmastomy and durga festival of the hindu, with which Muslims have no connection nor do the Muslims need them. Not only that, Muslims observing these days is not Jaeez (permissible) even. If the government can afford to sanction holidays for such unnecessary occasions, then why it couldn't declare a 7 days of leave for a major Muslim festival like the Eid ul Fitr?"
Mujaddide A'azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Eid ul Fitr is one of an important Eids of the Muslims. In this regard, Hadis Shareef has references that, "Every community or clan has its own festival day. 'Eid ul Fitr' and 'Eid ul Azha' are the Eid or the 'Days of Joy' for the Muslims"."
Mujaddide A'azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Further comes in Hadis Shareef, 'Hajrat Anas bin Malik RwadiAllahu Ta'ala Anhu narrates, 'Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam arrived at Madinah Shareef and found that its citizens observe two days in a year to celebrate as festive days. He inquired "What those two days were?" They replied, 'we had been observing these two since the 'jaihiliya' (dark ages). Then Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam informed them, "Allah Pak has bestowed upon you (Muslims) two more blessed and better days than these (two); one is Eid ul Fitr and the other is Eid ul Azha"."
Mujaddide A'azam Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Declares, "There are five definite nights that the supplications are sure be granted. One. The first night of the month of Rajab. Two. Night of Baraat. Three. Night of Qadr. Four. Night of Eid-ul-Fitr and Five. Night of Eid-ul-Azha."
Mujaddide A'azam Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, 'Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, "Out of all the good deeds that the offspring of Hajrat Adam Alaihis Salam do on the day of Qurbani, Qurbani is the act most adored by Allah PAk." SubhanAllah!
Hadis Shareef further refers that, "Allah Waives off all the sins of an individual on the day of Eid-ul-Azha even before the blood of his Qurbani beast is spilled on the ground." SubhanAllah!
Mujaddide A'azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Allah Pak made fasting haraam for five days in a year so that Muslims can celebrate the Eid in a truly befitting manner. Two days right after two of the Eid and three subsequent days after the Eid ul Azha. Hadis Shareef in this regard has come up, "You do not go fasting in these few days because those have been gifted to you for eating and enjoying!"
Mujaddide A'azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Muslims must remember that, Eid doesn't mean huge bustling and howling, wearing of garish clothes, vulgar amusements, songs and music, cinema, plays, TV channels and all non-Hijab and shameless acts in the name of Eid; rather Eid is completely a religious and sacred festival. Therefore abandoning all such anti-Shari'ah acts for the Muslims is Far'd-Wazib. At the same time, the government must also be strict in ensuring actions. Further responsibility on the part of the government is to ensure overall arrangements and financial supports to facilitate the Muslims observe their Eid in due fervour within Shariah limits. If the government could afford to help only 2% hindu financially, then why can't it make it for the 97% Muslims in two of their Eids? It must do. It is an extreme display of discrimination to help only 2% hindu but not providing any financial support to 97% Muslims in two of their Eid?"
Mujaddide A'azam Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee of Rajarbagh Shareef Dhaka said, "The gist is that, Allah Pak Dictates, 'Offer Swalat and do Qurbani for the satisfaction of Allah Pak'.
