Mostly people spicily in Saudi Arabia and other Arabian countries,if they arrived in masjid for juma salah while juma khutba has been started.they start praying nafil and not listening khutba please read bellow Ahadees Mubarkah and leave this practice,when Juma khutba started it is FARZ to lisetn khutba first. for more details please ask about htis any AALIM, thanks JAK.
