[PF:166538] It is Haraam (prohibited) to listen their speech, to follow them and to offer Swalat behind the Ulamaye Soo or religion-mongers.

Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam Says, "Ulamaye Soo are the worst of worst among the creatures. Those Maolanas who become bepardah (non-hijab) overtly, take photosnaps, do video, conduct programs in tv channels, do democracy ie. vote and election in the name of Islam and proclaim these as permissible, are the Ulamaye Soo or religion-mongers. It is Haraam (prohibited) to listen their speech, to follow them and to offer Swalat behind them. It is Far'd-Wajib for all to keep distance from their company.

- Mujaddidu A'zam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee

Prime Point of Allah's attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A'alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said, "Defining the Aleem-e-Haqqani (True Aleem) Allah Pak Declared,'Certainly the True 'Aleem fears Allah Pak the most."

And it is Said in Hadis Shareef, "Hajrat Umar Ibnul Khattab RwadiAllahu 'Anhu asked Hajrat Ka'ab ibnul Ahbar RwadiAllahu 'Anhu, "Who is an 'Aleem?" The reply was "One who perform according to his knowledge that he aquired, He is 'Aleem.' Again asked-"Which is that thing that expells 'Ilm (knowledge) from the heart of an 'Aleem?'- 'Greed for world.'

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee, quoting the reference of Hazrat Hasan Basri Rahmatullahi Alaihi, in regards to the specialties of a Haqqani (true) Aalim, says, "Faqih or 'Aalim is that person one who is uncaring about the worldly tastes, leaned toward the other world, cautious on sins, always engaged in Allah Ta'ala's Ibadah (worships), pious and complete follower of Sunnah, does not dishonour the Muslims and does not look for (grabbing) their assets and one who delivers good guidance (in the path of Allah Pak) to people under his command."

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee says, "So it is established through Qur'an Shareef and Hadis Shareef that one who is Allah-fearing and does Aamal (practice) as per Ilm (knowledge), is a Haqqani (true) Aalim.

On the other hand, one who is not Allah-fearing and does not do Aamal as per his Ilm rather remains occupied in haram and unauthorized activities and also terms halal as haram and haram as halal due to worldly greed or for money is one ulamaye soo or a religion-monger meaning a world-loving maolana. Regarding these people, Hadis Shareef narrates, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, "Out of My Ummah, hell for those ulamaye soo (religion-mongers), who use their Ilm (religious knowledge) in a commercial way for the sake of gaining ranks and cash and sell it to the rulers and monarchs of their time! Allah shall never bestow upon them any benefits or blessings in their religion-mongering."

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee says, "Those who, for the sake of worldly gains, move along with the rulers, ministers or monarchs or even womenfolk, mix up with them, hold meetings and join processions, do commend them and pay tributes, do not observe Hijab (become openly be-purdah), go for photography, do video and programmes in TV channels, do elections, voting and democracy in the name of Islam, go for strikes and long-marches, claim to be fundamentalists, burn effigies, demand for blasphemy laws, and overall deliver fatwa by calling these acts as Jaeez (permitted) are never Aalims but are the worst class of maolana or ulamaye soo. Regarding these people, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Declares, "Certainly, the worst (of the creatures) are the ulamaye soo or the world-loving religion-monger maolanas."

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee says, "The Shariah disposal about the ulamaye soo or the religion-mongers is listening to their waz (speech), abiding by their fatwa and following them in anyway is haram and remaining away from their company is Fard-Wajib. In this regard, Allah Pak Dictates in Sura Kahf, that, "Follow not him whose qalb is absent from My zikr. He serves his Nafs and his acts are deviations from Shariah." That means Allah Directed us not to follow those whose acts are deviations from Shariah.

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee says, 'Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, "Do take into cognizance from whom you are taking Dwin, meaning: verify those from whom you are receiving knowledge." This says not to receive knowledge, listen to speeches and follow their fatwa and not to offer Swalat behind them whose beliefs and practices are deviated from Shariah.

Further comes in the Hadis Shareef, "In the last ages, some liar dajjals or ulamaye soo would come up who would speak and do such Aamal that not only you, rather your parents had never seen or heard of it. That means they would speak against the Shariah and do practice accordingly. Remain isolated from them and keep their company away from you so that they may not be able to spoil your Aqida and Aamal (beliefs and practices) and put you in troubles and make you distracted." This Hadis Shareef proves that it is Fard-Wajib to remain away from the company of the ulamaye soo."

Mujaddide 'Aazam, Mamduh, Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul 'Aalee says, "The gist is: the worst of the creatures are the ulamaye soo or the world-loving, religion-monger maolana because they are at the root of ruining the Aqida and 'Aamal (beliefs and practices) of the Muslims and responsible for spreading all haram and off track activities including be-purdah (non-Hijab), photography, video, TV channels, songs and music, games and sports, bribery and taking of interests. Therefore, the Shariah disposal is: It is haram for a Muslim to listen to the waz or speeches of theirs, follow them in anyway and offer Swalat behind them. It is Fard-Wajib to remain away from the company of the ulamaye soo."
