The Mujahideen Youth Movement (Al-Shabab) held Eid Prayers in Mogadishu, in which several of its leadership attended. From them were they following:

Abu Abdur-Rahman (Governor of Benadir)
Sheikh Hasan Dahir Uwais (Former Amir: Hizb-ul-Islam)
Sheikh Mukhtar Robow Abu Mansour (Amir)

Eid al-Fitr prayer in Kismayo city (located in the Islamic Province of Lower Juba), the prayer was lead by Sheikh Abukar Ali Adan, the Governor of (Lower & Upper) Juba Province, and a speech to the Muslim public was held by Sheikh Hassan Yaqub Ali and Sheikh Abdi Rahman Ali Mudey.

Eid al-Fitr prayer in Baido city (the capital of the Islamic Province of Bay), the congregational prayer was lead by Dr. Ayub and talks were held by the leaders of Bay and Bakool, one of whom was Sheikh Mahad Umar; the Governor of the Islamic Province of Bay and Bakool.
