{Islamic_Finance_Banking} requesting advise for establishing new islamic banks - converting conventional bank to islamic

kindly advise me about articles, books, presentation, websites, links, … etc. for the required steps, procedures, requirements for establishing new islamic banks and also the procedures for converting conventional bank to islamic one for my own self-study.
