THOUSAND HANDS. Thiên Thủ Quan Âm (Thousand Hand Guan Yin) by Wanderer0816 Thiên Thủ Quan Âm là điệu múa do vũ sư Trương Kế Cương người Trung Hoa sáng tác. Điệu múa được trình diễn bởi 63 người điếc thuộc vũ đoàn Nghệ Thuật Trình Diễn Người Tàn Tật Trung Hoa. Bởi vì không nghe được nhạc nên có 6 người đạo diễn mặc áo trắng điều khiển giúp họ múa đúng nhịp. Điệu múa này diễn tả truyền thuyết Bồ Tát Quan Âm có nghìn tay. Bồ Tát là người sắp thành Phật nhưng vẫn còn vương vấn thế gian nên chưa thành Phật được. Lời nguyền của Bồ Tát Quan Âm: Ngày nào thế gian còn một giọt nước mắt thì ta chưa thành Phật. Thousand Hand Guan Yin was a dance created by Chinese choreographer Zhang Jigang. This dance was performed by 63 deaf dancers of China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe. Because they could not hear the music, there were 6 directors in white cloths helping them synchronizing with the music. This dance described the legend that Bodhisattva Guan Yin has one thousand hands. Bodhisattva is a Proto-Buddha. She can not become a Buddha because she is still attached to this world.
