UPDATE: We're going to bring this evening's live updates to an end for now, but will be back at it bright and early in the morning to assess the damage. But one last sad bit of news before we go: CNN reports that the confirmed U.S. death toll from the storm currently stands at 11. Fingers crossed it doesn't climb any higher overnight.
