Mohammad Naseef Odeh in a brain coma and needs our Duaa' At Tampa General Hospital     يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ   O ye who believe! Seek help with patient perseverance and prayer: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere Brother Mohammad Naseef Odeh and his family are still in-need for our Duaa' Brother Mohammad who is in a brain coma and in a very critical condition at Tampa General Hospital. He is the son of brother Naseef and sister Iman Odeh and also the nephew of brother Ayman Bader. May Allah give his parents and family patience.     SUPPLICATION FOR CURE (SHIFA)   When visiting the sick recite: لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ "There is no problem, If Allah wills, He will purge your sins by this illness." (Bukhari)   وَإِذَا مَرِضۡتُ فَهُوَ يَشۡفِينِ And when I sicken, then He healeth me, (26-80)   أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ Who answers the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes the evil   أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ "I ask Allah who is the Lofty and the Lord of the Mighty Throne that He cures you"   وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌ۬ وَرَحۡمَةٌ۬ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ‌ۙ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارً۬ا And We reveal of the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy for believers though it increase the evil-doers in naught save ruin. (17-82)   وَلَقَدۡ نَعۡلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدۡرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ Well know We that thy bosom is times oppressed by what they say, (15-97)   Ayesha (R.A.) stated that when anyone among them had an illness, Prophet Mohammad (SAW.) used to rub the area of the pain reciting the following dua:   أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءٌ لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً "O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it, You are the one who cures and there is no one besides You who can cure, grant such a cure that no illness remains".   "Ayesha (R.A.) stated that when Prophet Mohammad (SAW.) was ill, he used to recite the four Quls, blow on his hands and pass them over on the back and front. He also recited these surahs, blew on his hands and passed them over his body during his fatal illness". (Bukhari, Muslim) It is recommended to recite Surat al-Kahf completely the night before Friday, and it is also recommended to do so Friday itself, before Maghrib time.
