We are currently in intensive need to hire a person who can head the Shariah Audit Department in an Islmaic Bank in UAE. I provide below the details of the vacancy:
Post: Head of Shariah Audit.
Job Profile in brief: (1) Draw the Shariah Audit Plan (2) Carry out the Shariah Audit accross the bank (3) Manage the overall Shariah Audit Department (4) Stramline the Shariah Audit review process (5) Communicate the relevant internal stakeholders in the bank on Shariah Audit findings (6) Provide the Shariah guidelines to the relevant departments in order to avoid the Shariah repugnancies in the transactions. (7) Audit the bank's financials and monthly Profit Distribution.
Required Qualification: Graduate in Shariah / Accounting or simila qualification.
Reqquired Skills & Experience: Capable to manage the Shariah Audit Team, Able to review the financials of the bank, Possess deep practical knowledge of the overall Shariah financial / banking products and execution process, Capable to prepare the Shariah Audit finding reports periodically. Has minimum 5 years experience in the similar field.
Reporting Line: Report to Shariah Supervisor (Head of Shariah Supervision)

ترك ما عارض أهل السنة والجماعة... الاكتفاء بأمور ذات علاقة بالاقتصاد الإسلامي وعلومه ولو بالشيء البسيط، ويستثنى من هذا مايتعلق بالشأن العام على مستوى الأمة كحدث غزة مثلا... عدم ذكر ما يتعلق بشخص طبيعي أو اعتباري بعينه باستثناء الأمر العام الذي يهم عامة المسلمين... تمرير بعض الأشياء الخفيفة المسلية ضمن قواعد الأدب وخاصة منها التي تأتي من أعضاء لا يشاركون عادة، والقصد من ذلك تشجيعهم على التفاعل الإيجابي... ترك المديح الشخصي...إن كل المقالات والآراء المنشورة تُعبر عن رأي أصحابها، ولا تعبّر عن رأي إدارة المجموعة بالضرورة.
