I dont know how you got the interest rate of 0.5% to 3.5%. As per my information (Practically) the rate what you mentioned is for Auto Loan (Car Loan).. But for personal loan the interest rate starts from 8% depending upon category and conditions.

 

I beleive you have some personal issues with the media...
