Solved.
Row # 1.
Muntiply first two figures and then muntiply number 3 into 3 then sum the both figures, you will get the answer for cell number 4.
e.g
2 * 3 = 6 then
3 * 3 = 9 then sum 6 + 9 = 15 ans
and the last cell is the multiplication of cell number 2 and 3
e.g
3 * 4 = 12
