[PF:166793] It is Far’d for the Saudi government to immediately dismantle all CCTV cameras.

Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Declares that, "La'anat (curses) of Allah Pak and of all Firishta Alaihimus Salaam and of all men on that individual who introduces some 'bid'at' or anti-Shari'ah acts in the sacred Herem Shareef; even none of his Far'd or Nawfl Ibadah shall be granted. After fixing thousands of CCTV cameras in the two sacred Masjids on the plea of 'security', now even some more number of cameras being installed on the plea of 'crowd control'. On no grounds like 'security', 'crowd control' or any other issue, installation of cameras would be permissible by Shari'ah because the very basics of CC camera is photos. And photography is totally haraam in Shari'ah. The Saudi government is ruining the Hajj of all the Haji of the world by taking pictures by CC cameras. It could be mentioned that Saudi government has not been conferred upon any authority of making the haraam pictures as halal. Therefore, it is Far'd-Wajib for the Saudi government to immediately dismantle all those cameras.

Prime Point of Allah's attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A'alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said,

While saying against the plans of Saudi Wahabi government of fixing fresh number of cameras on the plea of crowd control, He made those remarks in a recent Qawl Shareef.

Mujaddide A'zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "In the past, around 700 to 1000 cameras for 'video surveillance' on the plea of security were installed at the Jamarah Bridge, the place where satan is ritually stoned. But nowadays 100 more cameras have been fixed permanently in the name of 'Intelligent video analysis system'. Their logic behind fixing these cameras is that these would supply them the information about the crowd of the Hajis so that any possible hazards could be avoided. These cameras separately count people and deliver the information to a central server which renders information about the crowds. These cameras have been fixed in each levels of Jamarah Bridge which provide the data of how many people entered and how many did exit."

Mujaddide A'zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "Although these information have not been broadcast in any Saudi media but 'Thales', the company which got the responsibility for doing this job, has provided it in their website."

Mujaddide A'zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "It is true that problems would come up in the course of time but solutions must be taken based on Shari'ah systems. Hajj is a Far'd 'Ibadah. In performing this Far'd Ibadah, if any haraam method is adopted, hajj shall not be accepted but will be rejected."

Mujaddide A'zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A'alee says, "In Shari'ah, taking a snap, drawing or retention of a picture is haraam. There are numerous Hadis Shareef in this regard and this is well-known to the so called Saudi mufti. But Saudi wahabi government is nullifying the Hajj by taking pictures of thousands of Muslims through installing haraam camera systems and engaging the Hajis in haraam activities. Abandoning these haraam methods, The Saudi wahabi government must go for the Shari'ah methods."
