Asalamu alaykum

A number of people have asked concerning our beloved Sheikh Anwar al-Awlaki. According to u=our understanding, it is only the apostate regime of Yemen which has claimed his assassination, and even then there are conflicting reports.

Thus we cannot confirm his martyrdom. If he is alive, may Allah protect him and the reat of our scholars and leaders who speak the truth fearing the blame of none, and if he has indeed been killed, we ask Allah to raise him amongst the martyrs.
