A Look at This Week's Issues and Actions Your Generous Donations At Work! Sometimes all it takes is a letter... This past Ramadan, Muslim inmates complained being denied the ability to break their fast with dates in Ramadan. CAIR-FL responded by sending a letter to the prison explaining the importance of protecting the religious freedom of inmates to practice their faith and follow the sunnah. After CAIR-Florida reached out to prison officials, the prison changed their policy and allowed inmates to be provided with dates to break their fast! Our attorneys have been very busy offering free legal representation to dozens of victims of discrimination and government harassment.
