The institution was initially started by Prof. Dr. Rashid Chaudhry (Late) Sitara-e-Imtiaz (SI) and Tamgha-e-Quaid-e-Azam (TQA) and his colleagues whereas after his demise, his son Prof. Dr. Haroon Rashid Chaudhry (Late) took the lead and worked day and night for the institution. In this fiscal year (July 2012-June 2013) our expected expenses will reach Rs. 60,000,000/- whereas the grant from the Govt. is only 24.15% of the whole need. As you know Ramzan is approaching, we will be grateful if you will contribute your Zakat/ Donation this year. We assure you that, Your Zakat/ Donations will give life to the lifeless and smiles to those struggling in severe mental pain and agony…… You can be a savior and can win Allah's blessings and bounties in this world and the world here after.
