"Allahumma inni a 'udzu bika min munkaratil-akhlaqi, wal-a'mali, wal-ahwa'i wal-adwaee"


 (O Allah! Indeed I, seek refuge in you from a bad character(and manners)and from disliked deeds, and aspirations/desires and illnesses)."
